The Best I ever Owned

We replaced our large 12 year old side-by-side refrigerator with this Samsung model based upon reviews from several websites and our comparison of its features and manufacturer's appliance quality history. Its usability far surpassed our expectations. The French door refrigerator section is so much easier to use than our former narrow, deep section, eliminating food losses due to their rear, often unseen, location. Everything is visible and within handy reach.
The slide out draw feature was a revelation. Its flexibility, ease of use, and cost-savings due to the elimination of the need for the full refrigerator to be open to obtain often-used items in one of its best features.
Though never having had a bottom freezer, its large volume and ease of obtaining a frozen item clearly obvious compared to our former side-by-side freezer has made us a believer. It is quiet and has been trouble free since its purchase about two plus years ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When we first installed the fridge it failed and the service response was deplorable. We lost all the food. Since the repair it's run great

Ice Maker died

Our Ice Maker did die on this model within the first year. However, Samsung support was great to replace the refrigerator when they could not repair the ice maker.
Pros: good storage
Cons: Did not meet expectations

We are so pleased that we chose the 28cu foot French Door Refrigerator. It is a super quality product and has excellent features. We have received so many compliments on the product and have referred several acquaintances to purchase this product. The French Door style is so convenient and the snack drawer fulfills numerous needs without having to open the doors. This is an excellent product with a great value and performance.

We have enjoyed using this refrigerator. It has very nice features. Love the middle drawer. It can be used for many things. No issues at all. Occasionally when the ice drops it can be loud.

Excellent refrigerator! Plenty of space/storage, quiet, 3 separate compartments with separate temp controls. Great looking in stainless steel with LED interior lighting. Highly recommended.

The space in this unit was awesome as well as the features it has. However the middle drawer doesn't work properly in mine and I had the Geek squad replace the menu pad portion and the temp sensor unit and it got worse for two weeks until another new one could come in. Once the new one got in, it was installed and improved but still did not get to the correct temperatures. I was offered to swap out the unit but it was so cumbersome to even get into the house the first time. were still trying to decide what to do.
