Really like the features, especially the customizable counter height drawer

We bought this product so we would not need a stand alone wine cooler.The customizable counter height drawer does the job nicely. The refrigerator section has a lot of room, so does the bottom freezer drawer.
The only issue is the finger prints on the Stainless Steel, but we knew that was going to be an issue when we purchased it.

I love the fourth door

I love this refrigerator!! so far, love the fourth door but if you need more space in your freezer then you might want that feature. I wish there was more space for tall items but still getting use to this product since it arrived on Christmas eve. of 2010. Good buy, and it's well made!

Annoying sound coming from the back of the unit, in a brand new remodelled kitchen setting, sealed and vacuumed before unit was plugged in. No, we do not live in the woods, rather in a busy residential part of Miami, Florida. And the little wheel at the top of the door frame squeaks. In 19 years, no other refrigerator of the GE and Kenmore brand that I had owned new ever had any problems; each time, the unit was replaced for an upgrade. They had cost way less.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit overall. If you use a lot of ice, you need to make other plans. Runs out quickly. Water drips out door dispenser after use. There was a notice in the paperwork about this problem and how to fix. Followed instructions and it still drips. Still very happy though.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, slide out cooling drawer
Cons: needs larger ice capicity, water drips from dispenser

Pantry drawer revelation.

Having previously owned a Samsung french door fridge I looked for another when we bought a new house. Thought at first the pantry drawer with separate controls was a gimmick but have grown to love the feature a lot. It works great to keep drinks nice and cold and quick snack item easy to access without opening the main doors and losing cold air. The new design compressor system and humidity control works better than I expected as well. The LED lighting inside makes it also the brightest interior inside a fridge I have seen. Is an expensive fridge but well worth it for features and the longevity that most households keep a refrigerator.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, led lighting, clean stainless exterior
Cons: dribbley water dispenser

Great lighting, super quiet compressor, designed to save energy, convenient features. One of the very best home units available.
