We have had this refrigerator for 3 years now. It has been very reliable. The flexibility of having a drawer that has various temperature setting is great for every day use and when we have parties.

SAMSUNG French Door Refrigerator (4 Doors)

By far the nicest refrigerator we have ever owned. The two lower door handles adjust to the height of the person opening them and they have easy close which is also a bonus. We love this refrigerator so much we are buying the exact same model for our new house.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, well organized

The design team of this refrigerator got everything right. Aside from doing what it is supposed to do, refrigerate and freeze properly, it has a great quality feel when opening and closing doors. Slide outs are smooth and effortless and the EZ-Open Handles are excellent.
Features I am very pleased with are, I only have to open one door to access and open the crisper drawer behind it, very accessible and easy to change the water filter, user friendly control panel, LED interior lighting. Water, ice maker and ice dispensers work well. The FlexZone drawer is well worth the extra cost. 300 series stainless steel covering (greater corrosion resistant than 400 series), quiet compressor, spring loaded door latches give closing the door a nice solid feel and excellent factory service for an initial problem. Many seemingly minor details but excellence is a result of carefully thought out details.
I returned a competitor’s brand after 6 months of constant problems and exchanged it for the Samsung. 2 years later I am completely satisfied with the Samsung.

The space in this unit was awesome as well as the features it has. However the middle drawer doesn't work properly in mine and I had the Geek squad replace the menu pad portion and the temp sensor unit and it got worse for two weeks until another new one could come in. Once the new one got in, it was installed and improved but still did not get to the correct temperatures. I was offered to swap out the unit but it was so cumbersome to even get into the house the first time. were still trying to decide what to do.

Excellent refrigerator! Plenty of space/storage, quiet, 3 separate compartments with separate temp controls. Great looking in stainless steel with LED interior lighting. Highly recommended.

I love my 28 cu samsung refrigerator. When, I have friend over for dinner. I always brag about my refrigerator -excellent cabinet, deli and two drawers.

We have enjoyed using this refrigerator. It has very nice features. Love the middle drawer. It can be used for many things. No issues at all. Occasionally when the ice drops it can be loud.
