The perfect fridge, except it dents too easily

I love this fridge. I spent so much time finding the right model. Love the deli drawer, blue LED lights, & freezer layout. The ice cube maker is lacking, but I don't care for ice too often. It is huge and fits everything. I am single and like to freeze a lot of foods, so this is perfect. If I knew this fridge would get dings/dents soooo easily, I would have bought another brand. 6 months and 3 dings. No obvious cause, just casual use. Can they replace the Stainless Steel with something sturdy? I paid good money for a great fridge that will look like trash after a few years of regular use due to how easy it dings. Don't buy unless you AND your kitchen are made out of pillows.
I have had my new fridge for about two months now. I love this unit, my only gripe is the sound level in which the ice machine makes when dumping a new batch of ice.
Love the space in my new frig. So much more room with the french doors to accommodate my family of 6. The middle pull out drawer is a big hit for my kids ages 11-18.
Problems experienced with Samsung french door fridge, middle drawer, and freezer drawer.

Beautiful in the showroon, but when you get it home the available space is less than avarage. Design does not highly support the use of normal grocery items. Also it does not pack full well. Limited areas for pitchers of drinks, soda liters, etc. I personally had to remove a shelf in order to get the quanity of upright pitchers and drink containers to fit and they still are limited and you have to pull everything out to get to drink pitchers in the back. Felt that this product was extremely overpriced for wuality of design. I love the drawer. It is optimal for individuals that have children because I can put all of their snacks and juice boxes in it for them to reach it on their own. It also holds great amounts of canned soda or beer. I love the drawer in the middle except the fact that you have to open the fridge doors to reach the areas in the back of the drawer and then it still is hard to reach items in the back. The freezer drawer is great! It holds a lot of things and the top drawer that moves is wonderful. My only issue with the freexer drawer is that if you do not have another freezer (single freezer upright) then the space might be limited. The little tray found in the front of the freezer falls of all the time. If the food in the bottom is not place perfectly the top drawer hits the tray when shuting and it falls off. A huge pain to try and put the tray back on.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, space design, middle drawer accesibility, resets to demo mode frequently
I am worried about this product because the touch-screen display has froze up on me three times in two weeks. I had to unplug the unit to get it to operate. Also the ice maker has been replaced already. Also the water in the door is warm.
There will be plenty of things said, that will be positive about this fridge, but it's the fourth door that has us as happy as can be! We use is for sodas and beer. We set it on the lowest setting, meats- 28 degrees I believe, and both are ice cold...without the ice! We love it!!
This is my favorite of all the refrigerators I've ever owned. Both my husband & I love it. We've been using it for almost 2 months & it has many pleasing features that make us both happy that we chose it. That bottom freezer holds much more than the side-by-sides & is more efficient in organizing & accessing items. The center drawer is clearly a favorite for me. The entire refrigerator has been problem free & we hope it remains that way for many years.
