We had space limitations which narrowed our search down and this fridge just had the best features, best design and obviously being a Samsung did not hurt!
Pros: great looking and designed well

Love the refrigerator, except for the ice maker

Everything about the refrigerator is great except for the ice maker. It makes plenty of ice but it will wake you up at night when it drops the ice in the bucket, even makes the dogs jump.
Cons: extremely loud ice maker

We purchased this refrigerator a few days after Christmas. Our old one died on Christmas morning. I am in LOVE with the extra drawer. We use it for our drinks and I rarely need to open the refrigerator any more. I have wanted crushed ice for a decade, and now I use it 2 or 3 times a day. The ice is exceptionally loud when it releases into the bin. They need to insulate it somehow. It actually woke us up the first few times. You need to dry the dispensor about 10 minutes later, leaving the water spots will eventually discolor it. The blue display matches our other appliances perfectly. The extra drawer has an adjustable rack inside it, however it won't lock into place. The door closes very strongly (not a complaint) which allows the items inside to adjust. The spacers do nothing to keep them in place. I've tried using twist ties, but it doesn't work. While running, the refrigerator is quiet, but the start up is quite loud for about 4-6 seconds. It quickly fades away and isn't bothersom enough to dislike the refrigerator. This is the most beautiful refrigerator I have ever seen. I did an emmense amout of investigating prior to purchasing it, and I'm glad we did !!!
Pros: extra drawer is amazing, beautiful design, 3 minute door alarm if left open
Cons: ice releasing into bin is loud, drawer organizer doesn't lock into place

Beautiful Unit

Ice maker can be noisy at times and occasionally delay in extracing ice, you can hear the extractor grinding. Ice maker take up valuable real estate from shelving and door storage. Improve sound byupgrading insulation.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: ice maker noisy/ obtrusive

Great fridg after replacment

This is the second fridg, first one leaked water, serviced the unit and another water leak, got a replacment and all good so far, Love the room inside, lighting outstanding. only neg is the ice maker is not big enoughf and makes alot of noise at night. over all we love it,

Nice but very expensive

I like it so far but if the filter is not insterted right, the water may smell like goat meat.
