Great unit, with a few minor problems

This is an excellent product, I love the look and performance. There are a few minor flaws however. 1. Icemaker is very small and it is noisy when it drops ice. I recommend to keep and ice bucket in the freezer. 2. Water dispenser drips a few extra drops after you release the lever, so just hold it there for an extra second. 3. It is hard to reach the back of the middle drawer. Inconvenient, but I can live with it. 4. Lastly, after having the unit for about 2 weeks, it reverted to "Show Room mode", where the fan runs and it looks like it is working, but it does not actually cool. It took be about a day before I realized what had happened and to figure out how to fix it (hold Energy Saver and Power Freeze buttons together for 3 seconds). Outside of these few minor problems, this fridge is top of the line and with large capacity and great looks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it! The electronic display is easy to read and use. Really enjoy having the Flex Zone. Love the two lever water and ice dispenser,

We're disspointed because of the poor quality of the product, poor everything. We've had three different failures with this product.
Cons: Poor quality

Lots of space!!!!

I really love this refrigerator for several reasons. I don't have to open the door to get a glass of water. I can choose to have crushed ice or cubed ice. Because the freezer is on the bottom, everything is at eye level when opening the fridge. It has lots of space and the shelving is very versatile. The middle compartment is an added bonus, and the freezer holds a lot more than I originally thought.

We went to this from a side by side. When we emptied the old one out, we still had enough room to almost empty out the spare fridge in the garage! The sliding and hinged shelf are great to configure your space. The only problem I had was during setup, I had to call Samsung to realize that you dont touch the icons on the touchscreen, you touch the words BELOW them. Highly recommended.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Love this fridge

Looks great and lots of spaces. I like the snack drawer.
We bought it from Lowes and the two staffs were so helpful and kind to install the fridge and walked through all the features.
