The ice maker is sooooo loud when it drops ice into the bin that it wakes you up from a dead sleep, and my bedroom door is shut and i have a fan on!!!! It sounds like a bunch of pans hitting the floor!!!! We have owned this for 1 month now, Will you please take it back and put it in your house and listen to it allllllllll night long.

This unit is awsome. Lighting is really great. Self closing drawers are great. Ice maaker noisy when dropping ice but non issue for us. Elegant design and finish. Water does not drip after filling glass.. Did initially but after running several gallons of water through sytem cleared all the air out of system.. don't forget there is probaly 50 ft of coiled hose in the frig to cool the water and this is fool of air during initial installation.
Temperature holding great and seems to be the quietest running refrigerator we ever had.. My hearing is still good :)..
Took advice from another review about using baby oil on SS surface... Best advice we heard for SS surfaces. Just coat the surface and wipe. all marks wipe off with dry cloth.. need to recoat about 1 month.

Love this Refrigerator!!!

My husband and I are absolutely in love with the newest addition to our family. Our children already know that the drawer contains their favorite snacks. (This eliminates constant, unnecessary opening of the entire refrigeration compartment.) I also use the drawer as my wine chiller. We have plenty of room in the freezer and its design makes organization of frozen foods a breeze.
Additionally, this refrigerator is incredibly quiet. It's also quite beautiful in our kitchen.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, refrigeration drawer, beautiful lighting

When i first laid eyes on it i was like this is going in my kitchen no matter what had the newest features on the refrigerator. After long wait it arrived at my home and i was just stunned it looked better than in the store display! The Flex Door is just amazing! The space inside is great theres even room to spar. I LOVE my new refrigerator and i LOVE SAMSUNG products.

I only have this for a couple days now and have not been able to find any faults as yet. Really an elegant looking piece of equipment with equally impressive functionality built in.
Hope to have an enjoyable use of this fridge for years to come.

Makes horrible noises, water filter doesn't work. Worse buy I have ever made.
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

WATER NOT COLD & WATER FILTER DOES VERY LITTLE FILTER

WATER COMES FROM DISPENSER IS THE SAME AS TAP WATER, NOT COLD (SETTING AT -2 AND 38). I SCHEDULE TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN COMING TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. HOPEFULLY, IT CAN BE FIXED. OTHERWISE, I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS REFRIGERATOR. THE WATER FILTER PROVIDES VERY LITTLE IMPROVEMENT COMPARED TO TAP WATER. MY TAP WATER IS MEASURED AT 170 WHILE WATER COMES FROM THE REFRIGERATOR IS 140. MY DRINKING WATER FROM OTHER FILTER UNIT IS MEASURED AT ONLY 10. I EXPECT REFRIG WATER TO MEASURE AT 50 TO 70, NOT 140.

To much trouble

I'm having a horrific time with this refrigerator, I couldn't wait to get it.I love it so much,however I cannot store any vegetables in this refrigerator. Is anyone else having any trouble with it. I purchased it when they first came out and I'm actually wondering if I got a bad one. I can't put up with this any longer, Ive called the repair shop, they were here before and I was told that their isn't a thing that can be done with it,that it's the way the refrigerator is. I'm going to have to request a new one or take some kind of action to get my money back. I just love it though so I hope they send me a new one.I'm really thinking thats what it is but if any of you are having problems like this could you please write a review.Thank You
