I am really enjoying this fridge-- it has so much space and the four doors make it even easier to have food organized in such a great manner. The power freeze is a pretty cool feature when wanting something cool in no time.

Love my new refrigerator!

This is my favorite of all the refrigerators I've ever owned. Both my husband & I love it. We've been using it for almost 2 months & it has many pleasing features that make us both happy that we chose it. That bottom freezer holds much more than the side-by-sides & is more efficient in organizing & accessing items. The center drawer is clearly a favorite for me. The entire refrigerator has been problem free & we hope it remains that way for many years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had for about a year. Great, love it. Very efficient and roomy. Middle drawer great for a # of things. Bright, easy to see into. not cheap but worth it.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: when ic 'dumps' it sounds like the side falls out.

We now own two of these units, one in our winter home and one in our summer home, Both have performed with perfection and the only minor complaint is the ice maker. When the ice drops, it tends to startle you, and is noisy. Overall these are the best units on the market and I would highly recommend them to all my friends. For the quality of service we receive, the ice maker, is a moot point.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: noisy ice maker

Good product with one glaring design problem

The little tilting pocket tray found in the front of the freezer falls off all the time due to the poorly designed plastic support guards/brackets. If the food in the bottom is not placed perfectly the top drawer hits the tray when shutting and it falls off. A huge pain to try and put the tray back on. If the plastic brackets are not put on properly the freezer drawer is held slightly open causing the freezer to frost up.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this refrigerator! Roomy, easy to clean, love all the seperate environment controls for individual drawers. SO, SO glad decided on this model with the 'FlexZone' drawer. Have NO idea how often you are in and out of it until you have one. The extra slide drawer in the freezer is super handy for smaller items that normally fall to the bottom. I did not want a stainless one, but was stuck due to emergency, but am happy with it...whatever process used is super, so easy to clean compared to other stainless items I have, no smearing. Great job Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, easy access to all areas
Cons: water filter cartridges too expensive...come on!

Large capacity, easy access, cooling tray is really convenient for drinks and other items that you want ice cold. The only complaint I have is the low capacity ice bin.
