Well designed with lots of great features!

This refrigerator will grab your attention with its appearance. The adjustable snack drawer is a great place to keep leftovers, drinks, etc. The LED lighting makes it easy to see everything in the refrigerator. The freezer has a drawer that slides in and out so you can see everything stored in the main compartment. My only regret is that we didn't buy it earlier.
Pros: well designed, energy efficient

Love the looks of this refridgerator. My husband likes the special drawer where he can keep his beer extra cold without freezing the lettuce!

Works great. Controls are intuitive. I wish Samsung could provide hot water dispenser on this model. This would have made this model really earth friendly by utilizing energy being released to heat-up water. It would save energy bills for customer.

Refrigerator has a very large capacity.
The fridge drawer is nice for drinks and other often used items.
We are still getting used to a freezer drawer. It is a little more difficult finding things in one large drawer.
We would also prefer to have easy access to the ice to get from the inside if need to just get a handful of ice.

I fell in love with this refrigerator when I first saw it in the store. The extra drawer is a great feature, and really helps to keep my kids out of the main refrigerator. The freezer section is so much larger than a standard unit. I had to go shopping again just to fill it up! The ice maker is slightly loud, but it is no problem at all. My food is staying fresher for a much longer period of time. I know that this unit is much more efficient than my old unit, so I can't wait to see the electric bill. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, well organized, lighting is very bright, easy to clean, kid friendly, quiet operation
Cons: strange shelf configuration, not enough room for really tall items, somewhat loud ice maker

I Love This Refrigerator

Well, the holidays are over and this refrigerator passed the test. I had more than enough room to store everything I needed AND the leftovers.
We have had the refrigerator since the Tuesday after Memorial Day - our previous refigertor had the grace to conk out on that Sunday night so that we had the chance to hit the internet, find the reviews and shop for the killer Memorial Day deals. We had our new Samsung French Door/Snack Drawer delivered on Tuesday.
We have found it to be quiet and efficient. Sure, the ice goes "clunk" when it drops, but no big deal. It would do the same thing if you dumped the ice in a bowl. Complaints were made about the water dispenser having a final "drip" after filling a glass; so just hold the glass there half a second longer. (Problem solved.) I like the fact that the water dispenser angle allows you to fill a glass that is larger than the opening in the door. Either French door can be opened and closed in any order; the design does not require one to be opened or closed first. I found the shelf configuration and door compartments to be flexible and handy. Plenty of space. The grandchild love the snack drawer. (So do I.) I was a little concerned about having the freezer on the bottom as a big drawer - but to my surprise, it has not been hard to keep it organized. Big things from the wholesale warehouse store fit nicely with space left over. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Whatever you do - don't get ice.

You are responsible for cleaning out your ice chute EVERY time you get ice.

Your water dispenser may drip water under the following conditions:
•You have just replaced the water filter or your refrigerator is new and there is air trapped in the system.
•Your refrigerator has some ice buildup or ice residue in the ice chute.

To stop water dripping or leaking from the dispenser, follow these steps:
1.Bleed the air from the system by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water through the water dispenser. This will remove any air trapped in the system and stop the water dispenser from leaking.
