This product has great features

I love the extra drawer which has variable temperature settings. I use mine to hold drinks, that way you don't have to open the bigger doors every time you want a drink. This feature is great for someone with kids. You can keep all their snacks in one easy place they can access on their own. Another great feature is the slide shelf and a lift shelf. If you need a little extra room for something, You can lift one of the shelves out of the way or slide the half shelf out of the way instead of having to empty everything out and adjust the entire shelf. Samsung really came up with some great ideas.

Beautiful Refrigerator

We've had this only a week, but are thrilled with it. I wish it had a second ice maker or storage tray for saved ice in the bottom freezer, but we wanted the flex door so made this choice and have no regrets. I also would prefer the dispensed water through the door was cool rather than room temperature, but these are little things.
Reading reviews on Samsung's reliability and customer service did prompt me to purchase an extended warranty on this and all the kitchens appliances I purchased with this brand.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, attractive, fexible
Cons: dispensed water not cool, small ice capacity

To much trouble

I'm having a horrific time with this refrigerator, I couldn't wait to get it.I love it so much,however I cannot store any vegetables in this refrigerator. Is anyone else having any trouble with it. I purchased it when they first came out and I'm actually wondering if I got a bad one. I can't put up with this any longer, Ive called the repair shop, they were here before and I was told that their isn't a thing that can be done with it,that it's the way the refrigerator is. I'm going to have to request a new one or take some kind of action to get my money back. I just love it though so I hope they send me a new one.I'm really thinking thats what it is but if any of you are having problems like this could you please write a review.Thank You
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, cannot keep vegetables in it at all

had to return the first one due to cubed ice coming out mixed,
temperature in flex zone controlled drawer not cool enough and a pungent odor that couldn't be washed out with baking soda

I've had this refrigerator sitting in my kitchen for four days and it still doesn't cool!!!! Would say more but other review wouldn't post.
Cons: Poor quality

Putting a few shims under a back wheel solved the problem. Everything works great... no complaints, and I'm picky when it comes to products working well. This fridge is quiet, consistently cool, easy to operate, and has no down sides that I can see. At first, I had a hard time leveling the fridge with the provided adjustments so the doors were even, until I realized my floor isn't even! Putting a few shims under the back wheel solved the problem. I do wish the fridge was a little taller to reach standard cabinet height these days, but besides that I don't know anything I would change.
Pros: great quality, reliable, quiet, looks great
