Doesn't cool

I've had this refrigerator sitting in my kitchen for four days and it still doesn't cool!!!! Would say more but other review wouldn't post.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great product but we need to fix some issues. if you leave the door open the puney sounding beeper is not near load enough to hear if you are out of the room. so you guessed it your freezer will thaw out. Next i have been working weeks on the problem that the refrigerator will not cool below 40 degrees when you set it to 34. why have the control if it will not do what you want it to. love the space and design. but need to work on some major problems

Only one fault in design

Only design flaw found is to be in the metal sliding divider in the separate middle refrigerator drawer. Metal divider does not have a way to stay locked after positioned, therefore food can and does move when drawer is opened and closed. This makes the divider in essence pointless to have. Would be perfect if it would lock in place, keeping food separated and in place. I did remedy this with zip ties to secure in place for long term, but defeats the purpose of being able to adjust as needs change.
All other features have been superb. You do lose space in the left door for the ice maker system, but this is well worth the convenience of having the ice/water in the door.
Lighting is excellent and the alarm when door is left ajar is a nice touch. Plenty of shelving and options to adjust shelving to accommodate a variety of items.

After a problem with the cube ice dispenser was corrected I am very pleased with the unit.

Great with Kids

Lots of room to store everything. The best thing is the pullout drawer but I wished it came out further. I keep all the kids snacks and drinks in them. Also, with LED lighting I no longer have to replace the bulbs.
Pros: Bright display, lots of room, stylish
Cons: could have added internet connectivity

This Samsung fridge is absolutely stunning. There is no other like it in terms of features, looks, energy efficiency and dependability. Clearly Samsung is ahead other manufacturers in terms of innovation. My daughter loves the drawer tray because she can get to her stored snacks all by herself.

Noisy ice maker

First Samsung product we have purchased and was based on looks, 4 doors with great lighting, The only complaint is the noisy ice maker that drops the cubes onto the plastic chute rather than other ice cubes.
