The main reason we purchased this one is bc of the middle drawer. It is on the "cold drink" setting and keeps soft drinks very cold! The led lights on the inside are really cool and so is the display. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't seem to produce much ice, which we don't use that much anyway. If you're sitting alone in the dark watching a movie, be prepared. A few times the noise from the ice maker has made me jump.
Pros: Bright display

Great refrigerator. Love the 4 door feature. Fresh food stays fresh so much longer then any refrigerator we have ever owned. The 4 door system helps to stop opening constantly by keeping most used foods in the right side or in the drawer. The freezer is huge and the drawer on top in the freezer almost doubles amount of space we have to use. A

Just purchased this frig. so far so good. I will rate this frig later after I have had it awhile. The design is awsome. Easy to store items and use. So far very satisified.

I just got this fridge and I love it! My other refrigerator was only 3 years old and worked just fine, but I've always wanted a fridge with French doors. I found a good deal on this model, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I can fit so much food in it, which is great because we're a family of five. I'm especially looking forward to an upcoming party that we're hosting because it will be so easy to store and retrieve food. Plus, I'm excited to show off this beautiful appliance that now serves as the very stunning focal point in my kitchen!

The perfect fridge, except it dents too easily

I love this fridge. I spent so much time finding the right model. Love the deli drawer, blue LED lights, & freezer layout. The ice cube maker is lacking, but I don't care for ice too often. It is huge and fits everything. I am single and like to freeze a lot of foods, so this is perfect. If I knew this fridge would get dings/dents soooo easily, I would have bought another brand. 6 months and 3 dings. No obvious cause, just casual use. Can they replace the Stainless Steel with something sturdy? I paid good money for a great fridge that will look like trash after a few years of regular use due to how easy it dings. Don't buy unless you AND your kitchen are made out of pillows.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, awesome layouyt
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, blow on it and it gets a dent

Experience spoiled by a moaning , owl whooing sound

Annoying sound coming from the back of the unit, in a brand new remodelled kitchen setting, sealed and vacuumed before unit was plugged in. No, we do not live in the woods, rather in a busy residential part of Miami, Florida. And the little wheel at the top of the door frame squeaks. In 19 years, no other refrigerator of the GE and Kenmore brand that I had owned new ever had any problems; each time, the unit was replaced for an upgrade. They had cost way less.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY LOUD WHEN COMPRESSOR COMES ON

We wanted to love this refrigirator and bought it with a lot of excitement, but now, less than 11 months later, four attempts to repait it, it still rattles like a jackhammer when the compressor comes on. The Samsung support is quick to send out a repair person, but nothing seems to fix it. It may be a design flaw with the compressor or refrigirant tubing (which is what the repair person keeps saying it vibrating against the frame). Whatever it is, it is loud when it happens. At a dinner party, it was emberrasing to have our guests ask what the sound was. This is a very poor representation of what should have been a highly functional and performing Samsung product. Sadly, we cant recommend and will be asking for service once again.
Cons: Poor quality, loud
