Best refridgerator I've ever owned

This is the best refridgerator I've ever owned. It is so well lit and open that nothing ever gets lost (you know what I mean) and turns green and fuzzy. The middle drawer is a fabulous idea because it can be set to a lower temp than the fridge but higher than the freezer; very convenient. The sliding drawer in the top of the freezer and the shelf in the top front of the freezer are also unexpectedly useful. Due to the excellent interior lighting and layout everything seems right at your fingertips.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, excellent interior lighting and layout

Flex Zone not so flexible

The refrigerator is OK. However, the lowest temperature setting for the Flex Zone drawer, 29 degrees, is never reached. According to the technicians who have sought to remedy this problem, Samsung is removing the actual degree references on future models. The temperature FLUCTUATES between 32 and 40 degrees. I'm not sure about the 32 degrees, since I rotate ice packs in from the freezer every other day. So! Don't expect this drawer to hold fish for more than a day. When I took the attached photo, the ice had melted.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

great product but we need to fix some issues. if you leave the door open the puney sounding beeper is not near load enough to hear if you are out of the room. so you guessed it your freezer will thaw out. Next i have been working weeks on the problem that the refrigerator will not cool below 40 degrees when you set it to 34. why have the control if it will not do what you want it to. love the space and design. but need to work on some major problems

Our first Samsung appliance; but we have TVs and phones by Samsung and were pleased with quality and reliability. That's why we went with Samsung for our new frig; that and the great consumer reviews. We are not diappointed. This frig has everything; style, capacity convenience and quality. We can recommend highly.

Love it compared to my old frig

I like the flexzone drawer cause you can divide it to different dimensions. I like the fact that you don't have to push a button to switch between water and ice just put your glass against the appropiate control and get what you need.

I haven't had this refrigerator very long, only about 4 months now. I absolutely love it! The only problem I have with it, is that it is a little bit louder than it was when I first got it. Not sure what that is about, but I don't see any other problems. It's not so loud that it's annoying, just a little louder is all. Nice and big.

My husband was really taken by the "Blue Lights". We really considered all the brands, models and features of many refers until we found this one. It had everything we wanted and more. We love the extra drawer and use it constantly. What a great idea !!!
