Very impressive appliance. Samsung has really done well with the overall design of this refrigerator. The stainless finish is top quality and very easy to clean. A damp, then dry microfiber cloth is all you need. The drawers are huge with plenty of room to store food. The center drawer with its own temperature setting is the best. The shelves are easy to adjust. And the LED lighting is so cool and stylish. The 2 in 1 ice and water lever allows you to get ice and/or water without pushing any buttons, just use the upper or lower lever.
Pros: impressive, stylish, great led lighting, lots of room.
Cons: freezer drawers need liners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you are buying this refrigerator because it is big and convenient, please look elsewhere. This refrigerator is good for minimal use. Once you have to use to feed a big family then the problems start. The ice maker and water dispenser have been replaced two times (within a year). The middle drawer is great for kids. However, once the kids start using it, you will see it is poorly made. I was hoping for something better from Samsung however, after 11 months of owning this appliance, I realize now, I made a poor choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am worried about this product because the touch-screen display has froze up on me three times in two weeks. I had to unplug the unit to get it to operate. Also the ice maker has been replaced already. Also the water in the door is warm.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it does not dispense cold water

this refrigerator is not dispensing cold water. Within 2 months of our purhase, the freezer stopped working.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

After purchasing another brand and having it replaced 5 times in less than 6 months I'm HAPPY to have purchased my new Samsung 4 door french door unit!!!! The ice maker is molded into the unit so there is not the problem of having air gaps to warm the ice maker area, so the ice maker works flawlessly!!! There is ample storage on the door freeing up so much space in the interior shelving. I love having the exterior drawer so the children can get their snacks, drinks ect.!!
Pros: lots of storage space
I would recommend this to a friend!

We chose this refrigerator as a replacement for a competing brand that was less than a year old. Although it was priced lower than the one it replaced, the Samsung is a much greater value! We enjoy the very efficient interior space of both the refrigerator and the freezer areas. The lighting is great. The ice maker pumps out at least 7 to 8 pounds a day. The unit is very quiet. Everything is to our satisfaction!
Pros: counter top height drawer

I miss this fridge...

I loved this fridge (had to move). Very nice looking and the middle drawer was perfect for kid snacks. Only complaint is that in the middle drawer there is not a way to keep the separator in place so it kept knocking things over.
