VERY LOUD WHEN COMPRESSOR COMES ON

We wanted to love this refrigirator and bought it with a lot of excitement, but now, less than 11 months later, four attempts to repait it, it still rattles like a jackhammer when the compressor comes on. The Samsung support is quick to send out a repair person, but nothing seems to fix it. It may be a design flaw with the compressor or refrigirant tubing (which is what the repair person keeps saying it vibrating against the frame). Whatever it is, it is loud when it happens. At a dinner party, it was emberrasing to have our guests ask what the sound was. This is a very poor representation of what should have been a highly functional and performing Samsung product. Sadly, we cant recommend and will be asking for service once again.
Cons: Poor quality, loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bright and Expansive

Opening any of the many drawers on this fridge you immediately see everything in the drawer or on the shelves. The LED lighting obviously helps as all compartments are well lit. Even if you cram this fridge full most items are still easily seen. The ice maker works very well; when i got the fridge i was told i wouldn't get ice for about 24 hours, but it was making ice within 4 hours. The water filter is easy to change and does not require removing any food items to do it. The shelf design complements the stainless steel exterior and enhances the overall look of the unit. I do have two small quibbles. The ice maker/water dispenser always dribbles after you get either ice or water. This could be a gasket problem. But you always have to wipe this area afterwards or you could get water stains especially if you have hard water. The other quibble is with the design of the freezer unit. There is a divider but it is screwed into the base and therefore does not allow you to change the compartment sizes to separate different food groups.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, excellent cooling

The Deli Drawer has many uses. It is versatile. You can use it for a wide variety of purposes.

Unlike many other refridgerators i have purchased through out the years this has been one of the best. Inculding the great features and sleek stainless steel this is a overall great product. It was a little costly but was defiently worth the money. I would recommend this fridge to perhaps to anybody. The lights and features are amazing.

I have had this appliance for about a month now and am thrilled with the way it performs. The center drawer is especially convient for soda and lunch meats. Great refrigerator.

I've researched this product for 4 months before deciding to purchase it for our new home. I went to different stores to price it and see it up close. After narrowing it down to 3 models, I kept coming back to this one. I love the features, design, load capacity and it looks and feels great. The best thing I like about it...it's kid friendly especially cleaning hand prints! It's stills looks brand new, no streaks or discoloration issues. Love it!!!
