Great refrigerator. Love the 4 door feature. Fresh food stays fresh so much longer then any refrigerator we have ever owned. The 4 door system helps to stop opening constantly by keeping most used foods in the right side or in the drawer. The freezer is huge and the drawer on top in the freezer almost doubles amount of space we have to use. A

This refrigerator has much more room than my old one, and it costs less to run. It looks good and provides easy access to all items inside, even for my kids.

After about 2 years here's our opinion

I waited until we had used this item for 2 years to give our true prospective after a lot of use. All in all, we have been very pleased with this refrigerator/freezer. It looks great and it has many convenient features, especially the refrigerator drawer, and the water/ice dispenser is fairly nice too. Okay, now for the little stuff that makes it a 4 star instead of a 5 star item. Obviously it's expensive so I think it's okay to mention these negatives. One, the filter is very expensive and it has to be changed about every 5 months. That being said it's very easy to change the filter and the water tastes great to us, the ice cubes clear. Also, like many of the better items in the world someone decided to be cheap with some of the little features. The divider in the freezer is of poor quality and will crack or break easily as frozen foods bump against it. Another terribly cheap and poorly designed feature was discovered when spilled tea leaked under the larger, lower glass shelf in the fridge. There are two of the most pathetic, cheap little plastic clips holding the glass shelf down. With the utmost care, strictly following the instructions, we gently removed the clips in the back to lift out the glass shelf for cleaning but alas the clips still snapped in half. They are a terrible design and garbage. The clips probably aren't all of that necessary during most use of the fridge, but when Samsung puts out an updated product they need to replace these lousy clips with something that turns or pops up - something that last and that makes it easy to remove the large glass shelf for cleaning. Still, I have to say all in all we are still very pleased with this appliance and would recommend it.

I love this refrigerator. It is perfect in our new home.
My only issue is that I am unable to open the french doors wide enough to get the vegetable bins out for cleaning. There must be a way but I can not for the life of me figure it out. No, nothing is blocking them from opening, they just won't go quite far enough to get the drawer out. Some leaves from veggies have somehow gotten below the drawers and it's driving me nuts that I can't get in there to clean it. HELP! If anyone knows what I should do please let me know!!
And why is the side not stainless? In my kitchen one side is exposed. The gray is ok but I was disappointed that it didn't have the stainless finish I expected.

First it is awesome to get a product that is 3cu ft more then what we had but keep it the same size. The test for me on the cooling of this fridge is how cold the milk is. Well this is the first time I can say that the milk is perfect! The four doors is another great thing. At first thought it was a lot of money but will never look back on buying this, would buy it again!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, great space
