We love our fridge! The only disappointment is that the front is plastic and not actual metal. We have had ours for about 3 months now and it is doing nicely, though we have noticed that it has gotten a little louder now that it has been operating. When we first got it was so quiet we were not sure it was operating except when it would make ice. Read a lot of complaints about the noise, but for crying our loud, it's an ice maker! The noise is less noticeable once it fills up.
Pros: Durable, dual zone cooling, drawer for soda
Cons: plastic front

I have had it for about a month now. Every thing about this refrigerator is great. I now have the following Samsung Products: (1) refrigerator; (2) washer and Dryer; and (3) 55 Inch television. Samsung is one of the few companies any more that can be as diverse as they are while still maintaining superb quality.

Needed refrigerator that was easy to see everything and had room in freezer for bigger items, With the options this refrigerator gives you it is very easy to be organized and keep track of what you have.

So far we are very pleased with our new "family member". We love the look and the function of our Samsung fridge but do have a couple of negative comments. We were surprised that the exterior stainless steel seems to dent so easily. We are empty nesters and are not hard on things at all. Also, we needed to change the water filter after five months. I really had no idea how long it would last but for some reason thought it would be longer. I did a lot of consumer reports type of research before buying and all in all we are very happy with our purchase.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: the stainless exterior seems to dent easily.

This is the best designed refrigerator we could find. We looked at several other models and decided this was the best refrigator on the market for the price.
