We are very pleased with our refrigerator! We love the adjustable temperature drawer, the stainless steel, and the outside ice/water dispenser! Everything works great, and we couldn't be happier! It is a beautiful refrigerator!
We highly recommend this refrigerator!

Love my new fridge!

We got this fridge on a hot July afternoon, and six hours later it was cold and making ice! Super roomy. We loaded it up and still have room for more. It looks great in the kitchen even though the rest is still getting redone.
Pros: Bright display

we love the fridge.. but the ice maker.. produces little ice. or we run out of it really quickly.. there is never any ice except for the morning. i would also like to have the feature to shut off the 'cubed' ice or to be able to lock the ice with say a 'code' or combination. this way.. when my kids use all the ice. i can fill it up and prevent them from using it until its full.
i also dont care that there is only one location for gallons.. so the shelf next to the ice maker is always up..and we cant use it.

My husband and I splurged on this refrigerator after reading all of the excellent reviews and there isn't one thing about it that we don't love. There is more than enough room in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. I love having the double doors and the tray that pops up to accomodate tall items. But the feature that we love the most is the extra middle drawer. It practically makes me giddy. We use it as our beverage drawer. It keeps soda, water and beer at the perfect temperature and using this drawer allows us to access drinks without constantly opening the refrigerator doors. Well worth the money! Excellent quality.

Great fridge, love it looks great, Ice maker output took a little getting used to and its really loud but i can live with that, had no other complaints at this point

Shuts Off For No Reason

Overall, I love the style of this refrigerator however, I've lost all of the contents in my freezer TWICE now because the entire unit shuts off for no reason. I have no idea why. There are no power outages at the time. It just shuts itself off. We have tried the troubleshooting tips and the online FAQs to no avail. Finally just had to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. That's ridiculous. What a shame to pay this kind of money for a unit that causes this kind of trouble.

Works great. Controls are intuitive. I wish Samsung could provide hot water dispenser on this model. This would have made this model really earth friendly by utilizing energy being released to heat-up water. It would save energy bills for customer.
