Everything is great on this product EXCEPT I wish the ice make took up less room and the finish, why can't you get fingerproof ss like you can with trash cans

Great fridge

Old fridge died July 4th weekend. Purchased this one, due to features and price. Two complaints, but minor.
1: snack drawer is nice, but you must be careful when loading it. the controls are very sensitive to weight from items set on them. A couple of times we have had frozen sodas, and one exploded. One plus, drawer is easy to take out and clean.
2: we have the single ice maker model. it does not keep up with our family and a couple of times now, ice has gotten stuck in the chute. Easy to fix.

Overall we love the fridge, very easy to access everything. When icemaker dumps ice, it is loud, but it doesn't happen very often and we barely notice it anymore.

great fridge,simply loved it,just brought.flex zone drawer isa great feature not found in other brands,so bought it n liked it,great space inside ,shiny,pops out in the kitchen..

Love the Refrgerator, BUT!

After the refrigerator was delivered I noticed the plastic cover plate on the top hinges was cracked on each end by the hinges. I called Samsung service and they came out to replace the cover which I inspected before they installed it and it did not have cracks on the ends. After they installed it the cracks came back. We went back to the store and inspected the ones on the floor, some were cracked and some were not.
I love the convenience of the drawers and the french doors. The cracks are a minor item, but are a flaw in the design.

It is an amazing piece of equipment. It looks beautiful, works great and is worth every penny. Looking forward to lots of use and enjoyment from this product. Everyone who sees it wants one and regarding the noise from the ice maker that everyone seems to complain about....Get a life! It's a machine and it's going to make some noise when it is doing what it does.
