That's what my 12 year old grandson says about our new refrigerator. I researched refrigerators for a long time and designed my entire kitchen around this refrigerator. Durable and a great value, I would choose this one over and over. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, the refrigerated door. I keep it stocked full of various drinks for my grandchildren. It keeps them from standing at the door LOOKING for a while. It's very organized. The LED lights inside are absolutely beautiful.
Am I ever glad that I bought this refrigerator ! I love the brightly lit interior, all the space, the adjustable shelves ! The refrigerator drawer is really handy for storing yogurt, puddings, meat that's defrosting (up to 3" thick on a plate), water to take to work with my lunches, pies - tons of possibilities ! The freezer is huge, and the sliding drawer makes for convenient storage of smaller things. The ice maker/crusher is super - but it will startle you when it dumps ice into the container - sounds like a nearby gunshot, but we got used to it. Outside looks GREAT as well. Best attribute is that the smaller openings allow less cooled air to escape, and make the refrigerator work less = lower power usage $!$
You are responsible for cleaning out your ice chute EVERY time you get ice.
RF4289HARS Water Is Dripping / Leaking From The Dispenser
Your water dispenser may drip water under the following conditions: •You have just replaced the water filter or your refrigerator is new and there is air trapped in the system. •Your refrigerator has some ice buildup or ice residue in the ice chute.
To stop water dripping or leaking from the dispenser, follow these steps: 1.Bleed the air from the system by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water through the water dispenser. This will remove any air trapped in the system and stop the water dispenser from leaking.
Important: If your water dispenser is leaking just a few drops of water after you have dispensed some water, this is normal. 2.Verify that there is no ice in the ice chute which goes through the door. When you dispense ice, especially crushed ice, the refrigerator may experience residual ice sitting in the ice chute. When the residual ice melts, it appears as a leak from the water dispenser. To avoid this, keep the ice chute clean of residual ice or use cubed ice if possible.
I have had other brands before, but this is my best refrigerator ever. From features, look and feel, energy saver, you name it. Would recommend to others.
