Perfectly designed Refrigerator for both space and usage.

This refrigerator has many wonerful features like the EZ Open Lift-up Handles on the Freezer and Flex Zone Drawers so there is no muscle force required. My Husband loves the Flex Zone Drawer for easy access to his club soda storage without having to open and reach into the refrigerator all the time. Loads of storage space and great shelving design. Bright LED lighting makes viewing clear. Water filter is located for easy access when it requires changing. On door display panel is easy to use. Twin Cooling - two evaporators - superb concept and functionality!
Pros: ez open handles, flex zone drawer, twin cooling evaporators

Fantastic Refrigerator , written manual not-so-much

Samsung greatly improved design of this later fridge, most "visible" being the vastly superior array of bright LED lights
thruout all sections of the fridge. The old Samsung, tho excellent of function was poorly lit........fixed in the new generation, thank you Samsung.

Got used to the thunder of ice dropping into the collector with old fridge, same noise with this one. No big deal.
Preferred the old fridge control panel readout, as the freezer and refrigerator temperatures remained lit at all times, not so the new panel readout.......one must tap a sort of code on the blank temp numbers to get them to indicate the temp inside for a few seconds. The written manual does not explain the temperature function display, but leads one to believe that the temperature displays constantly, since the manual is written like the manual for my older fridge unit.
Due to door width in my home, had to take off the doors and hinges, a bit of an ordeal, tho once the doors are off a discovery is made that the RAILS for the Flex Zone and Freezer stick out about 1 1/2 inches WHICH IS NOT accounted in the manual dimensions for the fridge with the doors off.
The manual illustrations are poorly labeled and lettered in relation to the write-ups. The paper could be of a better quality rather than the recycled thin, tissue-like feeling.
All in all, the function and design of the fridge is a-Okay !
Pros: Inexpensive, well lit
Cons: poorly written manual

Love Our New Refrigerator

This refrigerator contains all the features we were looking for; french doors, stainless steel, large capacity and especially the third counter height drawer. It is great being able to see everything inside the refrigerator without having to bend over. No more leftovers getting pushed to the back and forgotton. Ice maker can be a little noisey when empty and filling.

i have had this refrigerator 2 weeks now and its working great. The ice maker is a little loud when the ice drops. It has lots of room and is very cold. So far a fantastic product.

We bought this fridge after a salesman showed it to me. I was considering an LG that had the french door design. Well one look at this fridge and I had to have it!! We love the drawer and the versatility it affords us! Meats, wines lunch meats, sodas,anything!!! I had a side by side before and the fridge storage was inadequate and this fridge allows me to put trays and larger items in here. I love the fridge, I agree sometimes the ice drop is a little noisy but nothing that would have kept me from purchasing it!! The lighting inside is great and I love the large ice/water dispenser, I can put a pitcher under there to fill with ice or water and the automatic light on the ice/water area is great!! I love this fridge and I am trying to get my Dad to buy one he loves ours!!
Pros: Bright display

Love my new refrigerator. I especially love the easy access outside drawer. We hardly go into the main frig because of it.
The overall style has changed the appearance of our kitchen.
We purchased a dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave at the same time.

I CHOSE THIS FRIDGE BECAUSE I WANTED A FRENCH DOOR TYPE WITH ICE AND WATER DISPENSER. THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ALSO HAD THE COUNTER HEIGHT DRAWER THAT WAS A FRIDGE DRAWER, NOT A FREEZER DRAWER. IT IS EXTREMELY WELL DESIGNED WITH VERY ADJUSTABLE SHELVES, AND THE DRAWER HAS A COOL SLIDER TYPE ADJUSTER. LOVE THE DUEL TEMP CONTROL, THE LIGHT TOUCH DISPLAY, THE SUPER DEEP FREEZER WITH AN EXTRA DRAWER AND PIZZA COMPARTMENT. ICE MAKER TURNS OFF FROM THE OUTSIDE, HIGH TEMP ALARM, CHILD LOCK. THIS FRIDGE IS AWESOME !!!!

Few small issues

I wanted this refrigerator from the moment I saw it advertised on TV. I had some issues getting this item in my home as the measurements did not include drawer slides when fronts were removed. Once in, I have enjoyed the many features. I did go with 4 stars due to the ice maker. I find it to be really loud, slow to dispense and slow to fill. I do love the extra drawer however I have to watch that things will freeze quickly in there! This item was a bit pricey and I hope it lasts for many years.
