Pitcher Leaks out the bottom, Not a happy customer

I contacted customer service regarding my problem when making smoothies and my only option was to buy a replacement pitcher, which was quite costly. I feel this is a powerful blender which gets the job done but it's not worth the hassles of the pitcher leaking. Quite frustrated with this product and do not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love all the different speeds, especially the chopped ice speed. We make a lot of frozen drinks and this work wonders. We haven't had it long enough to use all the speeds. I like the plastic pitcher, it's light and sturdy.

I use this machine with confidence, a real work horse. Every setting does what I want it to do and it does so quickly. It is very easy to clean, and it looks nice standing next to my other kitchen appliances, It is light to carry, BUT heavy enough it does not move about the kitchen counter while it is in action. The price was also very reasonable for a machine of this quality. I know it will give me years of dependable service.

I've only used this blender a couple times but it has worked great each time. It's a lot easier to clean than my previous blender & has a much more powerful motor. I also like how well the lids seals onto the base.

I was so pleased with our Kitchenaid mixer that I decided to take the plunge and replace our old blender with an upgrade by Kitchenaid...best blender ever! It doesn't bog down ever, even when making icy frozen drinks like frozen daiquiris, margaritas, etc. that required start/stop/start/stop when using my old blender. Love it, love it, love it!!! Also, the brushed stainless and black finish matches the rest of our appliances, so my wife is happy with it as well. More expensive than some, but worth it to me!
