To much cross talk in 3D. It makes your eyes tired quick.

Vibrant picture, but not good off angle or in dark scenes

Lots of great features. 3D worked well. Ended up returning this TV and getting the plasma because of light bleed and "clouding" in the picture - visible at night and on dark scenes. Also could see light bleed through at the corners. TV had a great picture on center, but once you move off center, picture faded out. I ended up with the Samsung PN58C8000 plasma which has none of those issues, and still has a great picture in the day. Very happy with that TV and unless you have a REALLY bright room, I'd go with the plasma. Black detail is much better on the plasma as well. For example, on the LED, someone with black hair just showed it as solid black. On the plasma, you can see the hair strands and details.
Pros: Bright display, great design
Cons: Did not meet expectations, light bleed, off angle viewing

Great in HD or 3D but bad in any other channels

I returned the TV once before because I thought the picture was messed up on the TV. So, when I got my new one it was the same way. Blurry is the best way to describe the TV in another channel except for HD and any 3D movies. We have children that watch Nick, and Nick Jr. and these channels are terrible. So, I got the Geeks and the Cable company to come out (at the same time) and both of them did there testing for about and hour and agreed that the bigger the TV the blurrier it will be on this TV. So, I am returning it for a 45 inch and see if that is going to be any better. One last thing, Samsungs remote only control Samsungs equipment. So, if you have a cable box, receiver, or dvd player by any other brand, this remote will not work for those.

crazy amount of ghosting

after purchasing this tv from my favorite electronics store and not really looking at the other brands(i took the sales persons word)i realized that there wre better solutions for my 3Dtv watching.if i could sell this tv to fix my situation i would in a heartbeat.the amount of ghosting that you get in 3D is inexcusable from a tv of this price.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, too much ghosting in 3d

i figured i got a deal buying this tv with a blue ray player and glasses bit with 6 mo i've had two issues so i'm worried longevity wise. Now thats its under warrenty they been nice but what happens next year

Image Stutters Badly

Movies and digital channels have halting motion, making this TV almost unusable. It has a great picture when there is little movement on the screen.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, terrible halting motion

I purchased this brand new TV last month and it stopped working in just three weeks. Basically, TV restarts itself every 30 minutes and displays colored vertical lines all over the screen and making it impossible to watch anything. Not sure at this time if it's a software issue or defective parts inside. A tech is scheduled to come out later this week.
I paid for a brand new TV and its now being serviced in just 3 weeks. I would have rather bought a refurbished one for half the price.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this purchase as I spent a lot of money on this garbage and did not get to enjoy it a bit. Would NOT recommend this TV to anyone. Sony TVs are a lot better than Samsung.
Will update this review with more information after tech's visit.
