Great Buy...Excellent TV!!!

My wife and I have always been a big fan of Samsung TV. So when the time came replace our 61' DLP (last Generation DLP /LED), it was important that we get the something that was very close, with regards to PQ and features. We toyed around with Plasma's and they have excellent PQ. But the heat and burn-in problems prevented us from making that leap. So we looked at Samsung LEDs and thought the 7000 series would be the one for us. So we ended up getting a UN55C and a UN46C 7000 and haven't regretted it since. We didn't buy them because of the 3D, though that is a plus, we brought them because of the PQ and the Green factor, style and internet features. (though the internet feature wasn't a huge factor) Great buy and we are very happy.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, 3d and internet apps
Cons: the mini cable connectors proprietory

the picture on this set is very realistic. Yes and when you watch a blue ray movie on this set when the picture is being shot outside you do think your actually their and not watching a movie. I don't know what the problem is with that but some people i guess find it not to their liking. The set is easy to set up and 3-d viewing is extremely easy. Would recommend this set to anyone has the same specification for viewing as the 9000 but is a lot cheaper good luck you won't be dissapointed with this set...

Many other brands talk of LED backlight as not giving deep black tones. My Samsung "55 series 7000HD 3D LED/LCD has supurb crisp blacks which make the other colors look even more brilliant. 3D movies stand out just like you were in a theater. It's an absolutely amazing experience. 5 stars is not enough. This is entertainment at it's best.

The best picture I have ever seen

The Series 7000 55" Samsung LED will spoil your television viewing forever. I researched many large LEDs before purchasing this one and seen many large screen TVs since.
Nothing compares.
Most stores do not have every TV hooked up utilizing the optimum HDMI connections so this TV looks even better at home properly set up. HD satellite feed is jaw dropping. It is like you are in the audience looking through glass and watching the shows live. Old movies look completely different no matter how may times you have seen them and sporting events are just like being there.
After owning the Samsung Series 7000 55", going anywhere else to watch TV is not the same. I do not think there is a better TV out there.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, crystal clear/ lifelike picture

Excellent - lags with ps3 though

Very good display. absolutely amazing.

The 3d movies are awesome.
Ps3 seems like there is a delay because of the graphics. Even when Game Mode is turned on there is still a slight delay.. please help with fix?

Great TV/ Lousy remote design

This product is truly awesome, especially if you have broad band capability and a blue tooth enabled computer running windows Vista or 7. The only fly in the ointment is the lousy and I mean really lousy remote control unit that is so very hard to see.

I have all Samsung products (tv, bluray player and 3D glasses). It all works together perfectly. Samsung has it down!
