I have always used "pay as you go" phones because I am an older woman who is not up to date on technology. I did not think I would have the ability to use such an advanced phone.
To my surprise, it is so easy!
I absolutely love the ease of learning all the features on my own.!
GREAT PHONE!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: none!

I had used alpha ,functionly ran smoothe with kitkat drinving the wheel overall performance
Pros: stable, andriod love it
Cons: battery, processor

After researching Galaxy phones the Alpha met my needs, the sound quality from the speakers are great, light weight and durable. Other than phone calls I like to take pictures of my kids and the random selfie I wish the picture quality was better but over all I like it. When surfing online or on sites like Pinterest, loading time is pretty fast.
I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that want to purchase their first smart touch screen phone easy to learn and very affordable.

Very classy phone

I've been a Samsung fan for years. I've had the Galaxy S2 & still own my Galaxy S3, which up until I bought my new Galaxy Alpha I used at home for the internet because it was so familiar and easy to navigate. I've retired it now that I have my alpha which I love. The alpha is an extremely classy phone that feels very good to hold, and also way to navigate. I'm still learning all the things it can do. I love the health application as I'm disabled and it helps me to monitor health issues that are very important for someone who is mostly bedridden. We live in the mountains and we have a bed on our porch and my husband takes the most beautiful pictures with this phone of sunsets, our creek and my puppies which gets lots of wonderful reviews social media. I highly recommend this phone.

It got better ratings than any of the Galaxy phones and was well worth it; faster, better performance for all of my apps. Never had any problems with Bluetooth or WiFi, (no having to restart every couple of days to get things to work again). I'd love to have another one, but can't find one, anywhere.
I only gave mine up because i dropped it into a pan of dishwater and it couldn't be retored, probably because of the soap.
