I have an old dog with incontinence. This bissell not only protects my wood floors. It sanitizes them making our home cleaner.

Has this product been discontinued?

We've used these for years but suddenly can't find them anywhere. I clicked on the product just now and got the message "No sellers found". So... my Swiffer Bissell floor cleaner is... useless now? No more refills? Below I'm going to indicate "NO" as a recommendation for the obvious reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't find refill pads!

I use this for my cats' litter box areas and like that the pads are disposable. Where can I buy refills? Or can I use the wet jet pads?

Great Product! Steam Trigger Broke

I love this product! I used it often until the steam trigger on my mop broke. I am currently looking to purchase another but pricing has gone up in the couple years since I bought mine. I may have to wait to re-purchase. But, I would recommend this item.

Love the product, but.....

I love this product but on my ceramic tile floors rubbing back and forth the edge that you tuck in is not long enough and I have to stop several times to tuck it back in...they need to be a 1/2 to 1/4 inch longer than they are so they will stay tucked in

Works but.....

A little pricey, but pleased with performance. Difficult to maneuver in corners and I had to go back to clean them with paper towel. I don't like how the pad is attached and I would recommend a more secure method like a metal bar that clips into place.

It is too bad that this product(open window fresh pads and steam mop) were pulled from the market. My wife has many allergies and that is one of the few products with out microfiber that we could use for cleaning. Wish we could still get them. The product works great in my opinion.
