Broken Handle, Poor Design

As many others have said, the handle broke almost immediately, just from regular use. The plastic cracked and I had to throw it away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I need refills! Please help

I love our steam boost. This is the second one we've owned. The handle did break, but we taped it up and it works great. All of a sudden, I can't find tge refill pads. The vc wet jet pads don't stay on properly. That was a waste. Please don't tell me you've discontinued them!

This product left me very unsatisfied as it didn't work at all. Doesn't clean, doesn't steam, doesn't heat. Cheaply made and not a cheap price.

Cheap parts

Had this steamer for about 2 months. The steam hose inside broke while using the unit. Tried to repair it myself but there aren’t any parts to purchase for repairs. Words of advice....fork out the extra few bucks to purchase a better steamer.

LOVE this steam mop!!!

This lightweight steam mop really pulls heavy duty. I bought a home recently and the hardwood floors were nasty. My Swiffer steam mop took care of the whole thing with no problems. Lightweight and maneuverable, I was amazed at how well it worked! I'm giving my brother one it's so effective and easy to use. The only hassle is having to fill the reservoir and change the pad frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dont Buy This Product.

I just bought this tonight, I was so excited because this looks like a product that would be fantastic for hardwood floors. What a scam. It doesnt even steam. Its gets a bit warm and then sort of breaths on the floors. It took over 5 minutes for my floors to dry. Try keep a dog off of it. Please do me a favor to whom ever is reading this. Go buy a shark floor steamer and live a happy life.

Streaks left on laminate

2 dogs+laminate floors=frequent use. Cleans well/no damage-but left torn between clean/sanitized versus horribly streaked floors due to cleaning solution on wet pads. I wondered if using a dampened plain Swiffer dry and using water/vinegar in the steamer or misting the floor as steaming (combo said to not leave streaks) might work?

For best results with our Sweeper refills, we only recommend using them as directed on the package. A regular dry cloth is a great way to start any cleaning routine! I love this, however, I need to purchase a refill on the mopping cloths and I can't find any store that sells them. I'm looking on line and can;t find a page that will let you order them. Any suggestions?
