ruined my wood floor

I spent a decent amount of money to purchase this and the pads. It lasted 3 weeks and then the trigger mechanism broke. So disappointed

This is a horrible product.

I bought this thing a few months ago and used it maybe twice. Called to complain and their solution was that I could buy another and they would give me a 20% off coupon. Um...no thanks...one that doesn't work is more than enough.

Trigger mechanism lasted longer than a few months. I love this mop but I have owned three and every single time, the trigger mechanism in the handle breaks after a few months. I wish they would fix this issue.
