Lever breaks too easily, floors end up sticky

After the third one ending the same way, with the broken spring lever that makes the mop obsolete since no steam comes out, leaving the floors quite sticky

Makes mopping a breeze

I've been using my Steamboost for a few months now and have had no issues. It's sturdy (including the lever!), heats up quickly, and cleans really well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Refill cloths lasted maybe 25 square feet until it started to fray. Cloths left a heavy, sticky residue on my floor. Had to use a traditional mop to get the residue off. This is no better than the spray mop. Overpriced for cheap quality. I wish there was a guarantee on the refills I bought to go with the mop.

While this isn’t what we’d expect from our Steamboost pads, if your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect during shipping, and this can cause streaking. This can also happen if other cleaning products have been used recently as some do leave a shine effect on it. If this is the case, using the products a few more times should solve the problem. Lever Broke, Minimal Steam.

Disappointed in the quality that you would expect from Bissell and Swiffer. After one use, the lever broke, deeming the device obsolete. The quality of the clean was no better than the spray and mop. Steam was minimal and cloths lasted maybe 25 square feet until they started to fray. Terrible design and extremely overpriced for the lack of quality. Sent in the form for a refund.

Handle trigger broke

I purchased the steamboost and used it on my floors. I went and purchased a box of clothes and then the trigger broke. I called Bissell trying to get the replacement handle and they're claiming no repair. It is sad because I liked the way the Bissell Steamboost cleaned up really quick. I feel like I wasted my money

Just get a Shark.

Just get a Shark. This works no better than a regular Swiffer. The pads are wet pads like a cheap Swiffer, and do not "scrub" despite the steam feature.

Steam Trigger Breaks After Only a Few Uses

I bought a steam boost and after only 2 months of normal use the steam trigger broke. I figured it was a fluke so I purchased a second one....thankfully it was on sale. That one also just broke and I used it even less than the first one. It’s a disappointing product and I won’t be buying any more in the future.

Not what I expected, very disappointed =(

Not worth the price, better off w/ a traditional mop. Left a residue throughout the floors on all areas I passed thru. No sense of "deep-cleaning" due to the steam. I also had to hold down the trigger the entire time I was mopping otherwise it would stop producing steam. Please direct me to the form that must be completed in order to get a refund or partake in the "money back guarantee".
