[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my Swiffer STEAMBOOST!! My bathroom floor was really heavily covered in hairspray(I do use a lot of hairspray each day). Used my new Swiffer STEAMBOOST on the tile floor, and the hairspray came right up! I am sooo impressed with this steam mop. I won't ever use another type of mop again! I know my husband is happy he no longer sticks to the floor from all the hairspray!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this item. I use my wetjet everyday, and once a week I will do a full steam clean of my kitchen/dining-room. This product helps me clean up after 4 kids and 6 dogs on a farm. I am so in love with my Swiffer steamboost Bissell!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was young I was the one on my knees scrubbing the kitchen floor, but now that I'm older and have chronic pain it is very hard for me to keep up with the cleaning around the house. The Swiffer products are a huge help to me, they keep things clean with very little effort. I especially love the Steamboost. No scrubbing required to get even the most stubborn spots clean and sanitized. No wringing out heavy mops or dumping dirty buckets of water... When I clean with steam I KNOW it's clean. It's the best floor cleaner I've ever used.
Pros: no dirty mops to rinse out, steam cleaning, ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the swiffer steamboost and I have to say that I LOVE IT! It does a great job on all my floors. I have 3 dogs and they have a bad habit of bring mud and dirt into my home as well as I have 3 grandbabies who love to spill their drinks and food on the floor. and no matter who sticky or dirty the floors are I just turn on my steambooster and with one swipe the dirt, mud and sticky messes are gone. An example: my grandson spilled his kool-aid on his floor and never told anyone, so when I went into their room after they went home to clean up and strip the beds I found the sticky mess on the floor half under his bed. So I got out my steamboost and with a swipe the sticking was now on the steamboost pad and not on my floor. A++++++ Buy it, you won't regret it!
Pros: cleans stickiest stuff, works fast, easy clean up, the cleaning pads smell awesome

Worst mop ever !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not use on any hard wood !! it leaves streaks, and does not mop even all over the pad, if you look at pad after mopping there are lines where the dirt is picked up....but this streaks the floor and does not leave an even streak free mop job....I have tried to make this work and tied it several times and each time; wish I had not spent the money on this bad design. First time I used it, I left it sit on the floor for a few min after I had used it with the steam, and it left a white mark on my wood... I have been more careful since then....I am going to pack it up and see if Walmart will take it back...I am very disappointed in the product....I clean professionally and have always liked the swiffer products.....But this one is a thumbs down

Does the pad you were using have a green strip on it? If so, that would be a pad specifically designed for our Swiffer WetJet. Our Swiffer Bissell Steamboost steampad refills have a gray tub and the chemistry is made to work with steam. If you are using the correct pads, here are some tips for a streak-free floor:
-If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect during shipping, and this can cause streaking. It can also happen if other cleaning products have been used recently as some do leave a shine effect on it. If this is the case, using the products a few more times should solve the problem.
-Sweep or vacuum the floor first; then use the Swiffer Steamboost. In areas with more dirty or sticky residues on the floor exist, 2 to 3 mopping strokes may be needed to clean the area.
-Don't use this on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden boards, non-sealed tiles or carpeted floors because they may be water-sensitive.
