Worked great, first time, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this Swiffer it worked great! It heated up quickly, and was so easy to use. But since that first time, it will not heat up enough to produce steam. The light comes on, but no steam. It's been plugged in now for 30 minutes and is still cold. Any suggestions? BTW, I love the other Swiffer products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for everyday cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this product it worked great, the only things i would recommend is if there was inductor light saying when its low on water or water reservoir was bigger and opening was bigger where you pore the water in. otherwise its a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I come home from work each day and spend 30 minutes mopping because Lou misses the pads and hits the floor so my back is broken from repeated mopping. Not true now, I love this mop, it does an amazing job, smells delicious and looks amazing. Thank you.
Pros: smells amazing, floor restored shine, feels clean on your feet, fast & easy...no mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has a engineering flaw, the rubber hose that takes the water to the steamer head will break in half and will spill water out instead of steam.. I have gone through two steamers taking the second one back today for a refund.. it works good until the hose breaks..

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would love the ease of steam cleaning, but I really don't like having to hold the trigger in to get the steam. My arms kill me when I am done cleaning! The cleaning pads leave a film on my floor. I have to go back over the floor a second time with a micro cloth attached to the steam mop and I am amazed how much dirt was left on the floor.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Your feedback is very important to us. You should not have to exert that much pressure to use this.
You may see some steam flow from the side vent, but most of it is directed towards the floor pad to help release the cleaning agent inside to remove & lift dirt. Depending on the size of your room, or if a deep cleaning is needed, it may require changing the pad. As you begin to use it more often, this shouldn't be necessary.

Handles all my hardwood great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product after a much more expensive similar product failed me after owning it a short time. I love this Swiffer! I have tile in my kitchen and all hardwoods in the rest of the house and it handles them wonderfully. The ease of a Swiffer with the power of steam!! I don't have to change the cleaning cloths as often because they don't dry out with the steam function so it's a money saver. I can also steam clean my hole house twice with the amount of water that goes into the reservoir. The only draw back is that the cord isn't very long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Swiffer my only problem is the steam button keeps breaking off. I'am on my second one and the same thing happened it just breaks and the button won't push in to make it steam. I do love the way it cleans but I can' keep buying new ones.
