not good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked he steam boost when it was working. However, I have not used a complete 20 steam pad refill box and my bissell will no longer steam with water. Not a good product.
Cons: does not continue to work

We're glad you enjoyed using the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost and hate to hear that it's not steaming. It might help to know that while you may see some steam flow from the side vent, the majority of it is directed to the floor pad to help remove & lift dirt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Swiffer SteamBoost and had used it 3 times. The plastic tubing at the base broke and now it's of no use whatsoever. I have no idea how it can be replaced since I feel it was a defect in the product. Any ideas??? Doreen age 69

I will be returning this today

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mop based on price cause I didn't do my homework first like I normally do.This is not worth the box it came in.I went through to of the cleaning pads on 1 piece of tile cause they would stay on the mop.Every time I moved the mop back and forth it would come off.I spent more time stopping to try and keep the mopping sheet on the mop than I was able to spend mopping.One of the worst items I ever bought.
Pros: price
Cons: everthing

The Swiffer WetJet cleaning pads should adhere to the bottom of the mop head. Check to make sure that you're attaching the printed side to the bottom of the device. Piece of junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a month and a half of use part of the handle on my we jet broke. I duct taped it back together and used it for another month and a half until today when another part of the handle broke. There's no way to put it back together this time, so I threw it in the garbage can.

Not Impressed - broke after 3rd use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just went to use mine for the 4th time and when I poured water in the reservoir it came pouring out the bottom just as fast. Now I have a puddle on my floor and a broken Swiffer Bissel. The tubing must have broken or something????? Not impressed at all. These things are a nuisance as it is now totally useless and I have to drag it back to the store and hunt up my receipt. Shouldn't happen at all.

Good until it broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with this product for a little over a year. But, then the trigger broke and could not be fixed. I live in a small apt. And used this for a small bathroom and kitchen once a week. I am sad and disappointed that it only lasted a year.

Worked 1st time... Never Again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the product about 3 months ago; it worked as indicated. Followed proper procedures after using it and storing it. Plugged it in today, filled the water chamber and after 25 minutes - NO STEAM! Waited another 10 minutes - stil no steam. I have boxes of the wipes in storage and a useless steam mop.
Pros: works 1st time
Cons: never works again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
