Won’t buy again

I am on my 3rd one in probably 10 years. They all stopped working and yes I changed the batteries. I will not buy another one

Only worked for 18 months I

Had a Swiffer Wet Jet that worked great for over 20 years. It finally quit working last year and I bought a new one. 18 months later, this one no longer works. New batteries made no difference. I'm trying to find a different brand to try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine only worked 2 times and just quit working Changed batteries and still didn’t work!very disappointing . Waste of money!

The product does the job, but it keeps breaking

The first time I bough the suiffer i was happy with the results, however, the handle brake after using the product for only 2 months. I went and bough another one, but it lasted only one month, but the same thing happened, the handle keeps braking, and this time I was very careful on how hard I scrub the floor, however, it brakes again. I waited a couple of months, so I went I bought another one, and it just brake, after using it for only 3 weeks. That's 3 Suifers in a 6-month period. I won't be buying this product anymore.

My house is too dirty for a swiffer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to use for a quick clean up, mostly in the kitchen. Our house must have too many animals for this to do a good job cleaning without using a lot of pads. Even if I sweep first, the pad gets dirty and full very fast.

for years. This is by far the best and easiest mom that I have ever used. It came in several pieces which were very easy to just snap together. Also came with the liquid cleaner that very easily just pops in its slot. Enclosed batteries where a plus so I did not
have to purchase any..
The pads that came with it allowed me to mop right away. It's a complete set.
I used it and it cleaned my floors very well. Shiney and left a streak free shine.
Very convenient just to pull the dirty pad off and replace with the clean pad..

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this together way faster than I expected! I loved how it included the batteries - what a lifesaver! Everything was included in order to start it right up, and get to cleaning! So I think this is an effective product for lightly soiled hard floors. I wouldn't reach for this if I had a huge mess that I really needed deep cleaned. However, this is perfect for summer when dirt is tracked in and I don't want to set up my vacuum or deal with going on my hands and knees. I LOVE the scent, and for the tiny thin pad you stick on, it really does a great job. I keep this in my kitchen and I actually clean the floor way more now that I have this compact easy 2-in-1 tool!!! I love it.

Wish it was refillable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love swiffer products, especially the mop. It’s super quick and easy to clean my small kitchen without having to get a mop and bucket out. I just wish the inserts were refillable instead of having to buy a new wasteful plastic refill.
