very disappointed with product

purchase my second swifter wet jet mop kit amount 8 months ago worked fine for a couple weeks than stopped replace batteries checked for clogged holes not the problem checked everything I thought could be the problem this thing is not worth the time or money. would not recommend to anyone this is not a cheap investment solution and pads are not cheap very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can no longer find the multi purpose takes 4 batte

I used mine for a few months but then stopped working. I liked it enough to try to purchase again. But no luck. The one I had took 4 batteries and had lights. I have ordered and returned 3 that showed 4 batteries on the box, but when received took two batteries and had no lights. Mine was the purple multi-purpose. I would still like to have one with lights but have not been able to find one.

There is a flaw in the design. I purchased my swiffer wet jet less than 5 months ago and it isn't working anymore. I switched the batteries. I opened the product to further investigate and to my surprise, the wires are completely rusted. I figured that the flaw in the design is that the bottle leaks into the products internal hardware, thus short circuiting the pump. This product should be pulled away from the market and the company should refund and compensate the many unsatisfied customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our solution bottles are designed not to leak, however, leakage could occur if the bottle is opened or refilled, and leakage can lead to rust or corrosion. Great if you want to clean your baseboards!

I have had this for about a year and I don’t use it very often. It works ok if the floor is not too dirty, but I think the plain Swiffer wet mop works better. My 2 biggest complaints are (1) the sprayer nozzles are angled up so if you are near a wall or a corner, the fluid squirts out onto the baseboard or the wall instead of onto the floor and (2) you do have to hold the button down to spray the fluid - there is no way to lock it to continue to spray. That is a big issue for me as I have arthritis in my hands and having to continually press on that button and hold it down is hard for me. I have been thinking about getting the new mop, but probably won’t after the experience with this. Will just use up the containers of fluid that I have and give this to the thrift store and just use my regular Swiffer mop.

Our Quality Team shares that, with updated batteries, your WetJet may get back up and running as we both expect. Be sure your new batteries are one-time use (not rechargeable) and are inserted correctly. Also, the battery compartment cover must be fully put in its place for the device to begin running. Hate the product. Waste of money

Horrible!!!pads do not stick to mop. Trigger mechanism works half the time. Very temperamental
