Product doesn’t last even 6 months.

I have had 2 swifter that have not more than 6months and I refuse to buy another . It is just my husband and I, so I mop every 2 weeks. I have changed the batteries, I had run the sprayers under hot water and nothing works.😐

Am hesitant to purchase any more bottles.

The last 2 bottles that I purchased collapsed, cracked & leaked as I was using the WetJet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The need to recycle its bottles with sachet refil!

U need produce the liquid in sachets to refil the bottles. It will help the environment with throwing out the bottles when the product is finished!

I WISH IT LAST LONGER, NEED TO BE UPGRADED

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 IN THE LAST YEAR, I LOVE THE WAY IT WORKS AND HOW I CAN CLEAN AT ANYTIME OF THE DAY WITHOUT HAVING TO FILL A MOP BUCKEY AND IT'S VERY GOOD FOR DOG PRINTS. MY DOG IS IN AND OUT SO I USE IT OFTEN AND I HAVE KIDS AS WELL. BUT IT STOP WORKING TOO FAST AND I'VE BEEN REPLACING THEM DUE TO LEAKS THAT RUST THE WIRES.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it - for one month

This is the second we have purchased. The first worked for six months, the second for 6 weeks.its a great concept but doesn’t last.

Because of the hard work of our Quality Team, we're confident that every WetJet goes through many product checks, ensuring that you'll always get the best products possible. We always encourage consumers to change the batteries, if they're having problems. When you do, be sure to use fresh AA alkaline batteries that all come from the same package. Do not use a mix of old and new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working. Speaking of nozzles, be sure to check that they’re not clogged. If they are, brushing them gently may help them to start spraying. Please, call us for more help with this, so we can do what we can to get you back up and Swiffering. Unreliable!

Have had two Wet Jet mops stop working within 6 months of purchase. (Not a battery issue) Unreliable product!!

While we know you mentioned it not being a battery concern, there are other possible reasons your WetJet’s not working for you. Be sure the new batteries are single-use AA batteries, which are all from the same package. Do not use a mix of old and new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working. Brush off the nozzles gently, just in case there’s a clog somewhere. Also, check that your Cleaning Solution bottle isn’t empty. Piece of junk

Piece of junk. Worked a total of 2 times before it died. There's a sucker born every minute. If you dont want to be a sucker, dont buy this product.

We’re sorry your PowerMop stopped working, JMMLIC. Our products go through many quality checks, and are designed to be durable. This isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we have some troubleshooting tips that might help. If you cannot hear the motor running when pressing the dispenser button, you may need to replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries. Make sure the batteries are brand new, all come from the same package, and are inserted correctly. You should hear a click when closing the battery compartment. If the motor runs, but the mop isn't spraying, double-check to make sure all the pieces of the product have snapped together properly during assembly. Next, check that the solution bottle is not empty, and inserted properly into place. Also, the nozzles can sometimes become clogged. Brushing them gently with your fingertip might help them to start spraying. If you need further assistance, our Swiffer Team is standing by ready to help. Keeps stopping

When this works it works great. First one stopped working after 6 months (7 uses) so I bought a new one. It worked ONCE and then wouldn’t work. I bc did all the troubleshooting-new batteries, checked the connections and cleaned the sprayers and no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
