Great Product

Great Product but every time I would go to mop my floors I would have to change the batteries to put new Duracell AA batteries in the battery department! But just today now that’s not working! I have used it for not even six months but I hope there is a way that I can just buy replacement battery department??
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality

My old one lasted several years but quit working. So I decided to replace it with a new one which was a mistake. Use about half a bottle (few times) and it stopped working even after making sure the new batteries were good

Dead on arrival

As with other reviewers, I'm disappointed because the wetjet simply doesn't work. I've had one for two years that worked fine until it died. The new one is dead on arrival. The old one operated on 4 batteries. This one operates (or, to be more precise, doesn't operate) on 2 batteries. I don't know whether re-engineering the product causes it not to work.

*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly. *Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. *Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. *The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.

They're cheating customers

My best friend just sent me a new Swiffer which I wanted for a while, for my birthday! The box says 10 wiping pads. In the box there was 2 packs of 4 pads each! Why are you cheating your customers? Shame on you!

A big step down from the older model

The old model uses 4 batteries and the new one uses only 2. No surprise that it only sprays out half as much solution, increasing the time it takes to clean the floor. I should have read the reviews, 409 one star ratings says it all.

Find another product!

Terrible product! I clean the lobby of a gym, maybe a 20x20 ft space, twice a week. The gym purchased 2 swiffer wetjets and a ton of refill bottles for me to clean the lobby. They stopped working so I purchased 2 on my own. They also stop working. This gym has 4 wetjets lots of refills and not one mop works. We have changed the batteries, cleaned the dispensing nozzle and does not work. Pointless!

Very disappointed!!

Very disappointed!! Thought I finally found something that I don't have to spend too much time mopping the floor. The WetJet just worked for 3 months and the spray stopped working!! Now i have a whole bottle of cleaning fluid that i cannot even use.......

Quality seems to be lacking in new models

I’ve had swifter wet jets for years. Most recently purchased a new one in May since the last had eventually broke. This one isn’t made as well and the handle keeps coming apart. Would love to have one that isn’t constantly separating as I’m mopping. If there’s a way to get a replaced, I would greatly appreciate it.
