Swiffer wet jet starter kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer wet jet starter kit is very easy to assemble and is easy to use. I use it on my tile floor without any problem. The spray works very well and is easy to control with the right amount of detergent sprayed each time. The kit is definitely a good to have for routine dusting. It however may not be very effective with tough dirt. The wetjet pad may not pull all hairs from floor completely. I also hope that the kit can allow for the use of plain water instead of its own detergent so I can use on a day to day dusting which does not involve tough dirt such that I can reduce the amount of chemicals used on a daily basis.

Awesome Mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Wet Jet is a great mop. The started pack comes with everything you need to get going. I was able to really put the mop to a test because we just moved into a new apartment. The Swiffer Wet Jet really locks in the dirt and grime into the pads lock. The design of the pad is great because there is no touching of the dirty part of the pad and is held on great with the Velcro on the pad. The mop is very easy to assemble and small for convenient storage.

Useful tool to have in the Swiffer Wet Jet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I received my Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit, I could NOT WAIT to use it on our hard wood floors. We've tried a regular sponge mop and a name brand 'swiffer' and neither work very well. They just don't get the floors clean to my liking. However, the Swiffer Wet Jet works great!! It picked up so much unknown dirt off the floors that I had to change the padding after mopping each room when I first used my new Swiffer Wet Jet. But now I only have to change the padding after doing all the rooms since it did such a good job the first time!
It's so easy to put together too and use. Just a simple push of a button to squirt the cleaner out ( after putting batteries in it) and you are ready to get swiffing! And its not heavy at all. My arms didn't feel tired out by the time I was done cleaning.
My only disappointment is the amount of cleaner that squirts out. It doesn't seem to be enough for the ratio of an area that it could clean.

Easy Cleaning & Great Scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Wet Jet Starter kit has everything you need for a clean floor. The mop is easy to assemble. Add a pad, spray the solution and start mopping. No buckets or wringing out dirty mops. I do use a new pad for every room. Not only does Swiffer do a great job cleaning the floor, it leaves your whole house smelling clean. Swiffer makes mopping so easy I don't mind doing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don't own a swifter wet jet you are missing out. This swifter wet jet mop is great I have. Hardwood floors that see a lot of traffic. Normal cleaning usually leave streaks or water spots. Not with this mop though. Instead it really shines up nicely. Even during the winter when there is a lot of film from snow and salt that mess the floor up so far it has worked.bi also have ceramic tile that it does wonders on. I absolutely recommend this product.

Much improved over older version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a swiffer wet jet a few years back so it was nice to compare this new model to how it was back then.
I will start with the pros... 1) the cleaning pads are easy to attached and stay on wonderfully, and the little 'scubber' services help pick up quite a bit of dirt 2) the cleaning solution does a nice job lifting dirt on wood floors and it leaves a very pleasant aroma 3) the maneuverability of the cleaner itself is nice, very easy to get into corners and make turns. It isn't too big, so it is easy to get into tight spaces 4) the cross spray nozzles help cover a wider area with the spray vs. the conventional nozzle of the older version.
As for the cons... 1) It seems to go through a lot of cleaning solution. We used almost the entire sample bottle to clean our wood floors in our downstairs, where with other brand of cleaner we didn't use as much. 2) the handle didn't want to clip on correctly when first put together. Then when we tried to remove and reinstall it, the clip fell back into the bar itself and wasn't salvageable. So we had to use a screw to hold the two pieces together. 3) With larger hands it is very easy to accidentally hit the 'spray' button. While my husband was using it he kept bumping it when he was trying to clean. 4) The bottles are not easily refillable so you have to use their cleaning solution.
Overall I think that it does a great job cleaning up day to day floor messes. I think it is better suited for smaller spaces but an overall nice value for a floor cleaning setup. And if they would come out with refillable solution bottles that would be even better!

The Best "MOP" Ever Invented!!!

Not only does it clean vinyl floors but it works great on hardwood floors and tile. No wringing and no fuss. Just put the pad on and fill the tank and you're ready to rock n roll!!!
