Spray won’t dispense

The product worked once, then spray function quit dispensing liquid. Batteries are good, lights come on, but no spray.

We're sorry to hear this, as our WetJets go through many quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. If you haven't already, we recommend replacing the batteries with fresh AA ones. As well, make sure the solution bottle isn't empty, and that it's fully inserted. You can also gently brush the nozzles to help clear any clogs that may have formed. I hate to give a 1 star but I have had all the same issues that customers are stating. I have been using swiffer products for years, and truly love them, but this most recent one (which I bought in July 2023), no longer dispenses the product. I have changed the batteries, and the lights come on, but no cleaner. Very disappointing. Of course I have tons of cleaning product and pads but a non functional cleaner. I’m looking for an alternative now. Very disappointing.

Absolutely useless

The area that the pad is supposed to hold on to, does not hold it. I've had this for several years and every time I try to use it. It's just a waste of my time and I end up having to do it by hand. I've even googled how to use it In case I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not. It just does not stick. Is that supposed to be some kind of a Velcro sticking system because it isn't. Maybe mjne is defective, but there is just a very light sort of velcro on the mpp itself and it doesn't hold on to any kind of pads

To place the pad onto your WetJet, firmly press the printed side of the pad onto the WetJet head. To help get it to stick, we suggest spraying some WetJet solution on the floor and allowing the pad to soak some of this solution up. Quit working after 3 months..

Bought this 3 months ago and even with a battery change doesn't work anymore except the lights..SUPER disappointed! Will be purchasing a steam mop next

Worked a few times only..then "died"

For best results, we recommend that always sweep or vacuum the floor before using Swiffer WetJet. When using the WetJet, spray cleaning solution onto the floor by pushing the spray button on the handle down for 2 or 3 seconds to release enough solution to clean 10 square feet of floor. Spray a generous amount of solution on the area you are cleaning. Let the solution sit for 10-15 seconds. If the pad doesn't glide smoothly, spray more solution. We recommend that you clean the least dirty area first, saving the dirtiest floor for last. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and if you're not loving our product, we'd like to learn details of your experience to further assist. How to fix my Swiffer WetJet Mop?

The first thing we recommend when this happens is to change out the batteries. If it is still not spraying with fresh batteries, you can also make sure none of the poles have come loose, and double-check that the nozzles are clean and not clogged.
