Easy cleaning

Loving the wet jet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swifter wet jet was fun to try. I used it in my foyer where I see heavy traffic. It did pick up dirt and debri. However it did not leave a sheen. It actually left a dull haze over my wood. Would this deter me from buying a refill for it? Possibly. Hard woods should shine. But it sure was easy to pick up light dirt

The Smell is Fantastic

Love! Defeated the dogs finally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great. I have 2 large dogs and 3 kids who are messy. This was awesome in my hardwood floors. 5 minutes and floor looked great again. No messy bucket or clean up, just a couple of squirts and swipes and it's paw prints... and some creepy mystery stain.

Doesn't live up to the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time we've tried one of these. We purchased one when they first came out and were disappointed in the results, now several years later, I don't see any improvement. In the ad's, it picks up all the dirt and leaves nothing but sparkling floors behind.
My real world testing was far different. I started out with sweeping the floor clear of all dust, this left only the dirt behind that a broom didn't pickup. The Wet Jet pads left quite a bit of debris behind, and even after swapping out the pads several times, there was still dirt left behind (see photo's).
I also didn't like that you can't control where the jets spray, they don't spray directly in front of the mop head, instead they shoot in two sprays at the periphery of the head.
In the end, I couldn't get the floor clean no matter how many pads I used, so I switched over to my trusty sponge map, and finished off with that.
Pro's:
Easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble.
Very simple packaging, no wasted space.
Might do well on surfaces with very little dirt, you might get better results that I did.
Con's:
Just didn't work for me. It's a mop, that doesn't clean very well.

Conclusion:
I was really hopeful that Swiffer had addressed the issues I had with the product in the past. Swiffer needs to figure out how to get the pads to retain more dirt/debris, and get the power sprayer to spray in front of the pad (not to the sides). My guess is that if you are only using this for very light dusting, it will probably be ok.

Dual Spray is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we received the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit my 12 year old daughters were so excited to test it out (and I was not about to stop them from mopping). They quickly assembled the Swiffer and got to work. When Swiffer first came out with a Wet Jet I bought one and my biggest complaint was having the sprayer in the center and not on the sides. So I was so excited to see that Swiffer has updated the design for the dual sprayer! Now I won't feel like I am continuously going over a spot to get the spray just right.

Tough mop for tough messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my swifer wet jet everyday since I received it. It cleans up all the messes we have from our new puppy and our 4 yr old. The cleaning pads are tough on dirt and grime and hold up very well. The cleaning solution works great on sticky messes, mud and spills and it smells great. I've even bought more in the different scents. Love the gain scent. I've recommended the swifer wet jet to everyone I know.

Love MY wet jet!

I have already bought more refills so I can keep using this! Love it! Already recommended to all my girlfriends!
