New mop stopped working

I bought a new swifter wet jet and it stopped working only after a few uses. I changed the batteries but didn't resolve the issue. Seems like its a poor quality item.

Changing the batteries is a good first step, Yadi, and we’d expect our WetJets to work for more than a few uses. We have several quality checks in place to ensure that they do! remove the curved handle

I actually loved the Wetjet when it worked, but like so many others, the handle is still flawed. A curved handle is always a bad decision. It puts too much stress on the handle and it will eventually break, yet Swiffer keeps making curved handles. I tried taping it to fix it, but the tape doesn't hold.

Worked 5 times, now dead!

Just bought 2 months ago and have used 5 times. It quit working and have changed batteries. So now am left with non working mop and a refill of 3 reusable mop heads and 2 new bottles of solution. Spent over $60 on Swiffer Products wanted this to be the product that made my life easier. Was great when it worked.

this product does not work at all.

The Swiffer wet-jet worked exactly once! I bought this in February and it worked the first time and never again. I changed the batteries, replaced the full cleaning solution and still nothing. Changed batteries and solution again, still nothing. Ive used it by spraying a different cleaner on the floor and just using to wipe. Time to break out the mop and bucket. This is my second Wet-Jet. The first one lasted for a few years.

Poor quality. Waste of money.

Worked well first time so we bought extra refills. Hardly ever used it in the first year so it was probably only the third or fourth time using it that the spray motor stopped working although the lights were on. We tried the nozzle clearing tips on Youtube but there is still no spray or sound from the motor.

Great product while it works

I love the Swiffer when it works. I have had two so far and both stopped spraying after a month or so of use. All I can do is poke a hole in the battle and squeeze the fluid on the floor. Works good that way. BTW, I have changed the batteries twice but to no avail.

This product can be very helpfull. It isn exactly doing Wetjetting. Unfortunally it is Wetjetting the motor too. That gives the product a very short live time.
