Product does not work at all disappointed

What this product from a CVS and it does not work at all it had the right batteries and the right solution that came with the pack. Very disappointed I have tried this again with a different product and different batteries and it still does not work.

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet did not work at all. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:
*If the Swiffer WetJet is brand new, make sure you have removed the thin piece of cardboard packing in the solution bottle housing.
*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly.
*Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
*Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
So we can help you get back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Didn’t make it through the intro bottle of cleaner before it quit working.

Still better than grandma mop

After a good 10 years of using my Swiffer wet jet for every floor in my apartment, Wood Vinyl tiles and ceramic tiles , it finally sprayed it's last 🫡 well well well to my surprise someone thought it was a great idea to go from 4 batteries to NOW 2 🤔 2 BATTERIES BARELY SPRAYS TAKING LONGER COME UP. Thank God the old battery holder fits the new Swiffer. 3.6 stars

Made my kitchen floor dangerously slippery.

The Swiffer started out nice, very handy. After several uses on the kitchen floor, I noticed the floor seemed slippery. I slipped several times, almost falling, which had never happened before. A month ago I slipped so suddenly and badly that I fell and broke my arm. I have been in great pain. I want to warn everyone that this product makes the floor TOO SLIPPERY!! Please don't use it!

The ingredients are water-based, so we wouldn't expect a slippery surface once the floor is dry. When using our WetJet, we recommend that you first make sure our cleaning solution is suitable for your floor. Our cleaning solution should not be used on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden floors or non-sealed tiles. Next, make sure the floor is completely dry before walking on it. This should only take 5-10 minutes. Also, if another product was used on the floor before using Swiffer, such as a product designed to increase shine, this could be the cause of a slippery floor. We're very concerned this happened to you, and our Swiffer Team would like to talk with you in more detail. Stops spraying after a couple uses.

Swiffer wet jet stopped working after only a couple uses. It stopped spraying the cleaning product. We tried all the tutorials to fix it - changed batteries, checked all of the parts, made sure it wasn’t clogged. Would not recommend this product.

How do I fix this

I’m happy with my wet jet my daughter bought because I have arithritis in my hands and I have neuropathy in my feet . But I used it in my two rooms of my apartment.but when I wanted to go to do another room the pads will not stay on the bottom of it they come off when I try to use it all the sticky on the bottom came off
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working

I had it about 7 months and it just flat out quit working easier to just mop at least I know that'll work in 8 months!!

Sad purchase

I am sorry I purchased the Wet Jet for the same reasons stated by others. It does not clean the floor. It leaves a residue that my white socks can attest to. I also never even thought about the plastic bottle/multiple pads that I would be adding to the landfill. An overall terrible mistake.
