The Wet Jet is garbage

Purchased Wet Jet on 10/5/25. It has already stopped working in less than 90 days and no more than 3-4 uses.

product stopped spraying

I had this product for less than a year it stopped spraying. I put new batteries, cleaned it and it still doesn't work. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our Quality Team works very hard to make sure only the best WetJets make their way to your home, so learning about this is disappointing. We apologize for this frustration. It may help to prime your WetJet again, by turning it on, pressing the trigger, and lightly squeezing the Cleaning Solution bottle. If the solution begins moving through the nozzles, you may be good to go once again! Another tip we can share is to make sure you've inserted the batteries correctly and that the door to the battery compartment is fully closed. Would not reccomend this product.

I really liked this mop when it was working! But after using it for 5 or 6 times the motor no longer works. I would expect better from P & G. I have several other Swiffer products and really like them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crap

Crap, a waste of money. Used it twice and it stopped squirting. Watched video on what to do, did that, changed batteries more than once, to no avail. I’m so disappointed.

You definitely took the right step by replacing the batteries, and we also recommend checking to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted. Curved handle annoying

Be careful

Worked great for about 4 months and then it stopped spraying. I changed the batteries but still nothing not even a sound from the sprayer.

You definitely took the right step by replacing the batteries, and we suggest making sure that they're fresh AA ones that all came from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle isn't empty and that it's fully inserted. You can also try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Two dead is enough

This is our second Swiffer Wet Jet. The old one suddenly stopped working. Assumed it was batteries. Replaced them, cleaned the terminals, checked the bottle, etc. Figured it was just old (had it 6 months), and it was just cheap quality. So we bought a new one. Didn't make it through the first bottler before it too stopped working entirely. Again, batteries, terminal, bottle. Reviews predating this complain about the same thing. Yalls quality control might want to add another check. I can't guess where the issue is. I'd have taken it apart to check, but it's pretty well customer proof. So we'll be using another brand.

the handle broke after less then a year be aware you cant use this product on a daily basis. I did and the handle broke.
