Not worth it

Not the biggest fan , the products are good at moving the dirt but not at picking anything up, i have tried all versions and pads

Super effective a nd easy to use my only gripe is

Honestly, this Swiffer Heavy Duty Duster surprised me in the best way. I grabbed it thinking it’d just be another basic cleaning tool, but it actually makes cleaning feel… easy? The handle is lightweight, the duster fluffs up nicely, and it grabs dust so well especially in those annoying spots like blinds and baseboards.
I took off a half star only because I wish the refills lasted a little longer, but overall it really delivers. If you like keeping your space fresh without spending forever cleaning (same 🫶🏼), this is one of those simple things that just makes life smoother. Would definitely buy again.

Terrible design

Cannot get the pads to stick correctly. The tape doesnt peel off right. Just a terrible design.

We know how important it is for your Swiffer WetJet cloths to stick to your WetJet, and want to help, Stacy. If the pad doesn’t stick, the fastening strip may need to be cleaned. You can clean the fastening strip using tape, like masking tape or double-sided tape using the sticky side against the strip to remove debris. If you get the pad wet with WetJet solution, it will stick to the bottom of the mop. Place the pad on the bottom of the mop, spray solution on the floor let the pad absorb some of the solution and the pad should stick. There is no need to remove any part of the cloth when attaching to your WetJet. So we can help further, please call us at (800) 742-9220.

Goodbye dust cloth

I use these every time I dust my home. I have glass tables and these are perfect for picking up the dust between cleanings. And they're the perfect 1st step in the deep cleaning process.

Mistake to purchase. It is worthless

It worked fine in the beginning but after a couple of months the cleaning pad would not adhere to the mop. It has become totally worthless. I’m very mad I spent money on this product. I have tossed it. You owe us a refund & I will question choosing any other stiffer products

1. Make sure you're using the correct pads for your PowerMop, only Swiffer brand PowerMop pads will fit properly.
2. Check if the bottom of the mop head is dirty. A clean mop head helps the pads attach better.
3. Try this method: Spray solution, place the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution. The friction will help it stick!

I can not be with Swiffer products

I have used Swiffer products for years. I have drooling dogs and the mop is a must have...for entire floor cleaning or to spot clean drops of dog drool. The dusters to a great job on lamp shades and light furniture dusting between deeper jobs. I love the extendable handle and I can reach my dining room Chandelier. I keep a stock of floor cleaning pads, floor cleaner and the floor wood cleaner.
