My favorite mop

I absolutely love my Swiffer Wet Jet mop! I bought this starter kit years ago and it still works amazing. This mop makes keeping my floors clean and it’s so convenient to have. With just a press of a button it sprays cleaner then mop it up with the super absorbent mop pad and your done! The scents they have smell great as well fresh and clean.

Stiffer wet jet great way to mop your floors and make them shine. Comes with a bottle of cleaning solution and pads. Attach pad to the mop and click in the cleaning solution. Start to lop has a button to dispense the cleaning liquid in floor. Make cleaning simple and easy.

The Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit is a total game-changer for quick and easy floor cleaning. It was incredibly simple to assemble and comes with everything you need to get started right away. The cleaning solution smells fresh without being overpowering, and the pads pick up way more dirt than I expected. It’s perfect for everyday messes, especially if you have kids or pets. I also love how lightweight and maneuverable it is — way less hassle than dragging out a mop and bucket. My only reason for giving it four stars instead of five is that the pads don’t last as long as I’d like on bigger clean-up jobs. Still, it’s a great tool to have on hand and makes cleaning feel less like a chore!

Disappointed

I used to love my swifter wet jet, I had it for a few years. I had to replace it recently and I am not too happy with my new wet jet. After a few weeks, it barely sprayed!!! I changed the batteries, cleaned the spray nozzles but, it's still just. a trickle. I don't have room for clutter and since it wasn't doing the job, I ended up tossing it...been using a regular mop since.

Been using for years

It's safe to say this is one of my favorite cleaning products. I use it when I'm cleaning floors routinely or if my pup has an accident or just need to spot clean. They have several different varieties of scents included in the liquid cleaner that are available. I've been using this Swiffer wet jet system for many years!

Not as easy to use as the adverts always show!

Don’t waste your money. The original bottle that comes with the mop cannot be refilled and the large bottle you need to buy makes the mop very heavy to use. It doesn’t produce a good finish. And after only six months, ours has packed up completely. Changed the batteries. Nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While we can understand your frustration, you are correct that the refill bottles are slightly larger than the original bottle that comes in our kits. However, the weight with a refill should be about 4.5 pounds and we would still expect our WetJet to glide with ease, to make cleaning easy and light. Not worth the money

I must admit that the solution does smell nice. It doesn’t clean as well as washing by hand or with sponge mop. The baseboards must be cleaned separately by hand which increases the time and effort required to clean. My biggest complaint is that I have used the WetJet only about 8 times and now it won’t spray the solution. I have a new solution bottle installed and new batteries, which I have tested to ensure they are fully charged. Nothing. I think I have wasted my money on the unit and the solution.
