Stop working 3 strikes

This my third swifter jet I’ve purchased and all stop working! Very disappointed in the product. When it works it’s great but I can’t use a non functioning mop.

I was about to buy my third one within a year but by reading the comments, i will not. I have tried to change batteries but it doesn’t work anymore. Talk about waiste of money!!!

You definitely took the right step by changing the batteries, and we'd be happy to share some additional tips with you. If you haven't already, make sure that the solution bottle isn't empty and that it's fully inserted. As well, try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Product is defective

Product only lasted through one cleaning. It still has fluid, I put fresh batteries in and it still will not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It may be what I need but the problem is not what

The product stops working and it has nothing to do with the battery. I have changed the batteries and have bought a new mop and the same thing is happening again after a few months this time. What is the problem with these mops, I don't have money to buy a new one every two to three months.

Waste of money

I have bought a few. The last couple did not last at all. The concept is great. But the product is lacking. I have 2 dead swiffers that I keep trying to revive. No such luck.

When it works it’s fine, but good luck trying to change the batteries. The call center is somewhat helpful when you do have issues, but they’ll just give you the number to the manufacturer which is actually just a bot. Not helpful, probably wont re buy if i cant get mine to work.

We're sorry to read about your recent experience with Swiffer WetJet. We expect our products to work perfectly for a long time, as they're closely monitored during the manufacturing process to ensure top quality Swiffering performance. If you haven't tried this already, wipe the sprayer nozzles with a damp cloth to make sure they're not clogged. Your WetJet also might need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles (hopefully!). You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. If these tips don't get it working again, or you still need help with replacing the batteries, please call our human team of Swiffer experts at (800) 742-9220.
