Spray pumps breaks often

I've had to replace this thing twice...for whatever reason the spray pump gets clogged and stops working so the mop becomes virtually useless!!! THESE THINGS COST TOO MUCH TO NOT LAST !!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as our WetJets do go through strict quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. We suggest replacing the batteries with fresh AA ones, and making sure that the solution bottle isn't empty and is fully inserted. I use this everyday & it’s very convenient & easy to use. Keeps my hard floor clean & this starting kit doesn’t come with many pads but I just bought more separately & they weren’t expensive. Definitely need one of these in your house if you have hard wood, or tile. Overall, it works exactly as expected, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free, efficient way to clean their floors. 👍👍

Money destined for the trash

One of the worst products I have ever purchased. Heavy, unwieldy & ineffective. The handle is designed by someone who doesn’t understand ergonomics. If it isn’t poking me, it’s twisting my wrist in an unnatural manner. It was bought, anticipating an easier job of mopping (as advertised). Instead, I use it as seldom as possible, because I don’t want to be injured by a floor cleaner. If I had tried it immediately, I would have returned it. But now it hangs awkwardly in my back hall, reminding me of how foolish I was to fall for its promotions. I think I will have to toss it in the garbage, so I can stop thinking of what a dupe I was, to fall for the promises of a device that is a giant bottle of cleaner hung upside down on a stick. What could go wrong with that?!
Soon, It may have to fall down the basement stairs “accidentally,” to render itself totally useless, and allow me, in good faith, to toss it out. A lesson to be learned. If it seems to be too good to be true…IT IS!

Great value and can be used on many different types of surfaces including wood,laminate, and vinyl tile ,pads have a scouring bottom to help remove dirt and grime

Don't buy this product!

Unfortunately this product did not last for me. I used it three times (minimal cleaning impact) and it stopped working. Changed the battery, troubleshot other defects. I could not find my receipt and could not return. It would recommend a mop and elbow grease to get stains/marks off your floors.

I thought it would work better

I bought my second swiffer wet jet it lasted one month. i am so disappointed. i wasted my money, i am retired and have a limited income. please do better.

Our products go through extensive quality testing to make sure they reach you in perfect condition and work as directed, so this isn't what we'd normally expect, and we're grateful you let us know. If you haven't replaced the products batteries yet, please try two new AA alkaline batteries from the same package, and make sure the batteries are all inserted according to the diagram on the unit. Please note that the batteries cannot have been used before, or be rechargeable/carbon zinc.
