I have two Swiffer wet keys. One works great and the other doesn't work at all. It doesn't spray, even with new batteries.

Very disappointed

It stopped working after a couple of months. Tried putting new batteries and did everything else to try to unplug the spray. Nothing helped. Very disappointed!!

*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly. *Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. *The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.

Keeps breaking and a waste of my money

Within the last six months, I have bought two swiffer because the metal peg keeps coming out when I remove the liquid container to replace it. I am done buying them. I will never own one again. This has been a waste of my money.

Horrible product

Horrible product and a waste of money. Bought the swiffer refills to clean and it wouldn’t work. Both bottles ended up busting and then the stupid thing decided to work. Not the first time this has happened either.

Love it but not the handle

I love using my swiffer wet jet! However, every few months I have a buy a new one because of the handle!! The little clips that hold it together either break or get worn out and it comes apart while I’m trying to use it.

Product failed

The product failed for no reason. Followed all of the steps to change batteries, put in new solution bottle, etc. No power at all so no spray. Very disappointed because I have all these supplies but not a working wet jet.

Life saver

I always use my wet jet as opposed to a traditional mop. It’s super convenient with the detergent loaded and ready to dispense at the push of a button. It’s saved me lots of water changes and it leaves my floors clean and fresh without any residues.

Fast Cleaning

I absolutely Love my Swiffer WetJet pads. It is great when you want to clean something fast and not waste time filling a bucket with water and mopping. Is great for in between mopping days! Floor smells great!
