Very disappointed in product

Bought my second swiffer wet jet after my first one stopped working. Now after a few months ( I don’t use it often) this new one won’t spray. Changed batteries, still nothing. I will never purchase another one and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. So disappointing!!

You definitely took the right step by replacing the batteries, and we'd be happy to share some additional tips. We suggest checking to see that the solution bottle isn't empty and that it's fully inserted, with the narrow side of the bottle against the pole. As well, you may want to try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Designed to break

It worked until it didn't, bought it Sep last year, and 2 months ago it stoped working, upon seen some youtube videos it seems this product is designed to break, the motor rusted from the cleaning solution, how a product, designed to work with liquids, doesn't protect the motor from such liquids? So I guess what they want is for you to throw it away and buy one each year. So much plastic waste

Until you improve thr pump I will never recommend

Purchased unit about 6 weeks ago, used unit 5 times and unit quit on the 5th time after working for 1 second. Checked battery voltage of 1.55 each battery which is sufficient for the pump to function properly. The nozzles aren't plugged, even if they were partially plugged or plugged the pump will still function. It's apparent that the personal that designed this product used sub-standard pumps which fail frequently. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Breaks quickly

Have gone through 2 units in a year. Both times the mop stops pumping. Tried new batteries, but didn't help.

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet stopped working twice now. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:
*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly. *Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. *Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. *The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.

This product is not worth purchasing.

My first one lasted two years, then quit no matter what I tried. I had been able to unclog nozzles, fix the batteries not getting good connection etc, then it gave up the ghost. Got a new one and it lasted.......two swifferings! Two. Died during the second use. No motor sound, no spray, no life. New batteries = same result. I thought the first one was just at the end of its life. Now I'm thinking its poor quality.

Don’t buy

Worked fine for a few weeks afterwards no power. I've changed the battery but nothin. This has been my third that I bought. Very disappointed.

Disappointed in second purchase. Stopped working.

Purchased product for the second time. Product just stopped working. I changed the batteries, uncloged sprayers, even checked the motor. Nothing happened no sound, no spray. Poor craftsmanship. I will contact customer service.
