Cleans fine, the handle is very awkward for carrying and using. Also it is awkward to change the pads.

Great for SMALL Messes

I purchased this a few years ago for our very first apartment. It worked in the small space we were in. We didn’t have any animals or children at the time so it definitely did the job. However, we were not messy people and we didn’t have much traffic going in and out of our house. Fast forward to now, we have a dog who brings in a lot of dirty and grim. This works perfect for cleaning up small dirty/sticky messes on our kitchen floor however it does not do a good job at fully cleaning or removing scuffs. It’s good to have on hand to quickly grab and then store after we’re done with it but I won’t be solely relying on it to get the job entirely done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No more struggles.

This is the easiest most efficient and sturdy product on the market. The quick impressive double jet action takes charge in this busy world. Not to mention smells amazing and Swifty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased 2 swiffers within the last 6 months. Both machines stopped working after just a few uses.

We're sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed, Delores, as our WetJets do go through strict quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. We recommend replacing the batteries with fresh AA ones, if you haven't already. As well, check the solution bottle to make it's not empty and that it's fully inserted into the solution bottle holder. All good except for the weak plastic handle

Just broke the plastic on top of the handle on my 4th one! Otherwise it’s handy to have around. Just need to “beef up” the plastic handle!

Terrible design

I have bought 3 in the last 2 years. Stops working even with new batteries. If you want to make it better make it rechargable like the swiffer vacuum. There is no reason not to. I’ll not buy ever again nor will I recommend

Old model was better.

Only had the new model for around 3 months. The little tab holding the handle in place doesn't hold so the handle comes loose constantly. The fluid just started leaking from the nozzles. It's still slightly more convenient than wring mopping.

There could be various reasons why your WetJet is leaking, but we always recommend taking the solution bottle out and holding the seal end down for a moment to see if the bottle is leaking. This is a common culprit, but you should be able to replace the bottle to fix the issue.
