A disappointment

worked for a while then after about a month or two, nothing. Won't spray. checked the batteries, the holes where the water comes out. Still won't work. Disappointed, specially since I I was so excited at the beginning.

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet stopped working, Marina. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:
*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly.
*Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
*Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
*The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.
So we can help you get back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Easy and quick cleanup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been loving the wet jet mop. Cleaning the floors, which are wood and the kitchen linoleum, had become super easy and quick. It's also a very efficient clean because after I take the pad off the bottom, I can see all the dirt it picked up. Even my 5 year old son has fun with it, he like pressing the sprayer button to help me. And the scent of the liquid smells amazing and fresh!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's sufficient

They get the job done but they aren't the most economical. The handle isn't the best either. Our office had to buy several replacements in the past due to the handle joints snapping, and none of us are enthusiastic enough about cleaning to actually put our backs into it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Moves with Ease

I've had my Swiffer Wet Jet Mop for close to 6 years! I love this mop, it works great on my tile and wood floors. I love how the head swivels, getting into those hard to reach areas. The solution smells wonderful and works hard getting off stains and stuck on food. I really like how easy the pads go on and the dirty pads come off once I'm ready to throw them away. With this mop, there is no dirty water or nasty clean up. The batteries that came in the box lasted a long time. Since I've purchased this many years ago I've switched to rechargeables so I can use this mop daily. This mop even works great at cleaning walls and ceilings! I love this mop and I highly recommend it!

Quick clean

This mop works so good. I like how quick I can mop the floors. It also gets my floors really clean. I just replace the pad and get to mopping. I only have floors in my kitchen and bathroom so I had no need for a regular mop.
