Very simple to use!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how simple the Swiffer Wet Jet Mop starter kit is! Attach the pads and the mop is super easy to use with no mess or buckets or water to clean and rinse out. The pads glide effortlessly on the floor and pick up any debris while also mopping and shining hardwood floors making them look clean in a very easy to use manner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love swiffer products, they are practical and easy to use. I found the swiffer wet jet to be pretty good at cleaning tile floors. I usually use a traditional mop and bucket to do a good cleaning but that's never really fun. Having this mopping kit allows me to clean more often and make my floor look spotless. The mop is lightweight and a good amount of liquid is dispensed with each push of the button. I like that it is battery operated and I don't have to deal with connecting it to a power outlet. Overall, I really liked this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this would make life easier for me but....it could just be a detective one but it's not producing liquid out the holes. I replaced the batteries and still to no avail. I can't give an honest review since it doesn't work.

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet isn't working as expected, Diane. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:
*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly.
*Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
*Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
*The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.
* If the Swiffer WetJet is brand new, make sure you have removed the thin piece of cardboard packing in the solution bottle housing.

Good product not made for tall people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer is a great product it has a phenomenal color the pads are well made the liquid smells wonderful the problems I had with the Swiffer is it is not made for a tall person way too short no way of extending it for tall people and the scrubbing Anna isn't the best

Liked it till issue with battery case and leaking.

I have used the swiffer wet mop for years and have been happy with it. Until the last year. The battery case keeps falling off and today the cleaning solution just poured out of the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's possible your refill is leaking, which you can check by removing the bottle and holding it upside down. If it leaks out, the rubber seal is damaged, and the refill should be replaced.
