Broke after 5 months

Not happy. I have barely had this and the jets stopped shooting I’ve used this product before and it was fine. Now shoots it like the batteries are dead and I’ve changed them and replaced the solution

Sucks

What a piece of junk. After using the bottle that came with the starter kit and pads I tried to use the refill bottle. Wasted over an hour trying to get it to work but to no avail. It’s CRAP. Save your money

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet stopped working, Cheryl. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:
*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly. *Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. *Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. *The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.

terrible quality

the item came with a stripped screw in the handle and the handle couldn’t be opened to add batteries the whole plastic handle is cheap trash

Bad design change

I used to love my wet jet. Twice in the last month. I have knocked it off of the hook where it hung and had the bottle explode. There has been some change in the design that has made a weakness in the neck of the bottle that punctures. It annoys me to have wasted two full bottles of cleaning fluid simply because the thing fell off the wall.

It’s great but it doesn’t last long!

I love this product when it works! I am on my third one and it always seems to last about 6 months before I have to throw it out! The first one I owned long enough to change the batteries before I had to buy a new one. I probably will not purchase another one.

When you do that, be sure to use fresh AA alkaline batteries that all come from the same package. Do not use a mix of old and new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working. Speaking of nozzles, be sure to check that they’re not clogged. Not satisfied.

I love this product except that this is the second one I bought and the motor still works but no spray comes out on both of them. I've done all of the recommended cleaning suggestions and nothing has worked. Since I bought this approximately 6 weeks ago it looks like I'm out of luck because they only have a 30-day guarantee. I guess I'll try a different manufacturer's mop. It's a shame because I liked how it worked when it worked.

We're sorry to learn that you've had problems with two Swiffer WetJets. It's possible the batteries are losing power, so change them out. When you do that, you may notice that your nozzles start to work, or only one begins working. If that's the case, brush them off with a soft cloth. Then, check the solution bottle to make sure that it's clicked into place and that it’s not empty. If it’s empty, replace the bottle. Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. Could have been great - only okay

Mops alright but impossible to store between uses. Bottle on the side paired with the layout of the pad holder and handle make hanging it up nearly impossible. Standing it up means the pad has to be removed or it dirties up the floor or it sticks to the floor. Also, refills are expensive for the amount received. We have two - one early model and one later. The later one does not spray a good pattern - it lands outside the path of the pad. Ok until one is near a cabinet or wall. Does do a good job cleaning, and the pads launder well. Close to a good product, but only close.
