[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iv always been a fan of Swiffer. It's a great mop for my kids to use so they can stop complaining about touching the mop with their hands. The solution smells great and I love that it came with heavy duty pads.

Amazing mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the opportunity to try out a new mop from Swiffer® WetJet™ Mop Starter Kit it's easy for cleaning gets under all our spaces that are tight just squeeze the handle on the liquid comes out. I think it's an amazing mop to use it's clean, quick and easy and the pads are easy to take on and change for new one they're very absorbent also I would definitely tell others about Swifter

Eventually will get plugged and unusable.

When it works its great! The problem I have with the Swiffer WetJet is that it gets plugged. Reviews had said when this happens rinse the holes with hot water or use a tool to unplug the hole. This worked a couple times. Now I use a spray bottle with the wetjet cleaner and spray the floor and wipe it with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to assure you that every WetJet user should only use the WetJet to clean their floors, no spray bottle of cleaning solution needed! Your machine may need to be reprimed. After rinsing the nozzles, depress the trigger and gently squeeze the bottle of cleaning solution. This should move the liquid from the bottle to the floor. Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how well this picks up dust, I do however wish the pads were less expensive since you do change them after every use. It's easy to attach the pads, they attach with Velcro, and the mop has a battery powered spray action which helps clean built up dirt. You do have to use Swiffer cleaning liquid which is another expense, but it's worth it if you have a pet with lots of shedding.

It can be used for wet mopping or you can get the dry pads and use it for sweeping. It leaves my floor nice and clean with no residue and it comes in a variety of scents. Very affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm totally grossed out to learn how dirty my floor really was after using this mop. It lifts the deepest most undetected dirt stains. It's simple to use and assemble. The scent is very light and does not over power. It glides easily across most surfaces. The pads hold a lot more grime than I thought possible. It made cleaning up muddy paw prints a breeze. I spilled Chile sauce on the floor. Swiffer cleaned it up effortlessly with no staining.

Does not dispense cleaner

Lousy product - does not dispense cleaning fluid even after batteries were replaced. Can not find a replacement for the battery holder.

* All pieces were snapped together completely during assembly
* The nozzles are not clogged. Brushing them gently might help them start spraying
* The arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole, or the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
* If the Swiffer WetJet is brand new, remove the thin piece of cardboard packing in the solution bottle housing.
* Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
