Pooy quality.

I have used for years. The last two broke before the second refill. They are now poorly made.

I’m very disappointed in this product.

I had this product for less than a month using it 1 to 2 times a week and it won’t spray anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The new swifter mop is horrible

I have owned the original swifter mop for year but I needed a new one so I bought the newer version. This was the worst decision, I can’t keep it latched together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this. Disappointing product, cheaply made, pads fall off/light adhesive grip.

I have 3 small dog that are pad trained but they are small and they do have accidents. Our home has no carpeting it’s all ceramic tile and our swiffer is a god send. We love it and it has been working great for the last 4 years nonstop our only issue is user error when I forget to pickup pads or solution.

So disappointing.

I was so happy with my Swiffer wetjet. Easy to use, sprayed well with no extra hands needed, and made the house smell clean. Just a little over thrity days later, I go to use it and no sound, no spray. Tried the various tips on youtube and on the Swiffer website. Nothing worked. It's too bad there are so many people with non-working Swiffers out there -- because it's a fabulous concept. What a waste, financially and environmentally.

We're sorry your Swiffer WetJet stopped working, Gardener. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try:

*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly.
*Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
*Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
*The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.

Not what I expected.

Will not waste money buying another one.

Our WetJets go through strict quality checks so that you can rely on them, so we're sorry to hear this. We'd be happy to share some tips with you so that you can get back to Swiffering. If you haven't already, replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline ones that all come from the same pack. As well, make sure that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. We hope this helps. Hoped for better experience after second purchase

I thought this second mop would last. It didn't. I changed the batteries, uncloged sprayers, even checked the motor. Nothing worked. Wasted my money. I will be in contact with customer service
