[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like it, and I definitely would not buy it, everything that has to be done to use it is very complicated, batteries, special liquids, tissues, the cost is high for the service it provides, I do not recommend it

Easy and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swifter WetJet Mopping Kit has everything I needed to get my multi-surface floor cleaning needs met in one single package! So easy to assemble and they even include the batteries! The set includes 3 heavy duty mopping pads, 3 regular mopping pads, a bottle of cleaning solution and the two batteries. No tools needed to assemble. Very easy to operate and very effective cleaning. The pads are durable and really grab the dirt.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Swiffer products. This WetJet mop starter kit is wonderful. It makes mopping my tile and wood floors so easy. It came with the mop, cleaning solution, and pads to get me started. The pads grab all the dirt and contain it and then all you have to do is toss them in the trash. My floors look great with very little effort.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expensive and broke immediately

Purchased, used throughout the life of the first bottle. Replaced with a new bottle and it won’t spray at all. Lights come on and I hear the motor but nothing. This was an expensive product, and I will not buy it again.

Product is a waste of time and money, never again

Have bought 5 Wet Jets in last two years, the second one just a month ago and all have been the worst products. Each one quits after the second use. Even changing the batteries and the cleaning fluid each use does not work. Total waste of money and time.

Wont buy this again

Where the handle and the pole meet is so weak. As you use the item it bends and folds so it isn’t even strong enough. This product is not made to last.

This stiffer is a dud!

When it works it’s fine. I’ve had it less than a year. Have a very small house so it is not used a lot. I have had to replace the batteries four times!!!

It works as a low-powered flash lite………..

After nearly one jug of floor cleaner, the pump quit working, rendering this device useless, except for the little lites that I use for checking spiders. New batteries aren’t the solution. Getting at the pump is impossible. Receipt is lost. Bought another brand.

*Double-check to ensure all the pole pieces have snapped together properly during assembly.
*Make sure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
*Your Swiffer WetJet may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
*The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying.
